Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around. I’d like to especially mention and thank Bobur - the reception guy. He is really great and solves all queries in no time 👍.

We had an excellent stay at **Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha**! The hotel apartment was spacious, clean, and perfect for families. Our kids especially loved the **Kids Club** and were delighted with the complimentary ice cream, which made their stay even more memorable. A very special thank you to **Ms. Eva** at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. She made our check-in and stay smooth and pleasant. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to **Mr. Fiza** for spoiling our kids with ice cream and making them feel so special. Small gestures like these truly make a big difference. The family-friendly facilities, caring staff, and wonderful hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha to families visiting Dubai, and we look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent location. Nice restaurants and bars. Good size swimming pool. Also took nice photos ot Burj Al Arab

The stay started poorly from check-in. The receptionist quoted a rate significantly higher than what was available online, and when I showed her the online price, she rudely suggested that I book online instead, stating that walk-in rates are always higher. I was initially allocated Room 1514, which appeared to be one of the smallest rooms, and the AC controller was inconveniently located behind the TV, making it almost inaccessible. I was then moved to Room 1311, where both the TV remote and the room phone were not working. Throughout the night, there was a constant water leakage noise coming from the bathroom, which significantly affected my sleep. Although the issue was eventually fixed, it was only resolved around 30 minutes before check-out. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. There was very little variety, and the quality of the food was poor. Overall, the stay fell well below expectations in terms of service, room maintenance, and food quality.

I mistakenly booked 3 days instead of 4 nights. I went out on last day. They won't send you any message to remind, such as leaving memo in my room, calling me or disable my door card. They camr to my toom at 1am to knock the door and told me I need to be out of hotel immediately. Ibneed to.come down to reception and settle the payment. It sucks!!!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay and a truly great experience from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team. Special thanks to Sandeep from Housekeeping for keeping everything perfect and comfortable during our stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.
