Stay was comfirtable and nice but I feel that amenities items be provided with more traveller items like razor,tooth brush. Overall my stay was comfirtable

I liked the setup of my room, it was cozy in there. It was a nice stay in there. Just wished that I had the chance to enjoy there free amenities because it doesn't go along with my schedule.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent amenities. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Clean and neat tidy room the room I got that is really big nice view clean bathroom with washroom kit . I enjoy my short stay and then I done check out .

Nice hotel with many amenities. Supermarket is open for 24h and within 5min walk as well as the bus stop is near the supermarket. Just the location is 20 miles off downtown and need to take taxi to get close to Dubai center area. Nice price with all the good sides. Would recommend.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The service was really good, especially the shuttle bus staff—they were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant hall also offered delicious food, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The pool area was welcoming and relaxing as well. Overall, a pleasant experience and definitely worth recommending.

My first concern was discovering that the bathtub had not been properly cleaned, as it still contained hair from the previous guest. Additionally, when I attempted to use the gym, I found that no yoga mats were available for floor exercises, and the water dispenser was providing only hot water. Lastly, the pool area appeared to be poorly maintained. I would kindly recommend that greater attention be given to the cleaning and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities.

Great hotel which I had the pleasure of staying in 2 years ago so was more than happy to be staying here again.  Staff were all great, with fantastic facilities. My only gripe would be with the parking situation and not always being able to find a spot, but it’s fine to leave your car parked along the side and leave keys with reception in case they need to move it.  Also must give them massive thanks for an issue I had after misplacing my passport after check out & only noticing when reaching the airport 🙈

I’ve booked this previously and had a wonderful experience however this time, the booking process failed completely - it was overbooked (102%) capacity - wasn’t sure if this was possible?! I had booked 2x rooms (a twin and king bed) but when checking in found that the rooms contained 1x bed and despite the request to keep the rooms together - they were on opposite ends of the hotel. The staff were brilliant and eventually provided a twin bed room however this was bittersweet. Location is fantastic - 20mins to main tourist attractions Quite suburb with all the local amenities within ＜5mins walking distance

Room Smell Humidity There is no hair shampoo, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no hair sizzle, no clothes iron, and these are things that should be in any self-respecting hotel.

I would like to start from the good point - swimming pool is large and deep, food in restaurant is also normal. But however I will not suggest this hotel for others. Upon checking no valet and no bell door man to open heavy door (other door was not working), person who did check in did not welcomed us and did not explain about swimming poor nor breakfast, just took a deposit and gave us card. During reservation I mentioned we are celebrating our anniversary and I expected at lest that anyone can congratulate us, but no one did 🙁 I do understand they cannot provide anything special but at lest one good word could make changes. Only pool guard was friendly and at lest told us there is a Sauna. Pool is working until 6pm btw. In room there was only 1pax of each bath amenities (1 shower, 1 gel, 1 condition and soap) No coffee machine. We asked for Late check out and hopefully they provided 2pm, but did not pay attention on overall experience of the hotel. Fine for 1 night if you are coming with business trip but not for vacation or any occasion.
