Everything is good here! Staff are very accommodating, All requests are done so quick. I'll be back here for sure. Room is big, enough space for 3-4 person

Nice hotel ,clean and very central

Staff were polite No soap in the room, no slippers, no toothbrush - called the desk they took care of the latter two items - we were there for a short while (stopover) so made do. Room was clean, quiet and aircon kept the temp constant. We had one room upgrade - we booked two rooms - because one of them was not available - the desk staff were helpful. There was a Al Kabayel Discount Centre across the road - open 24 hours - very useful to get bit for your house or gifts. Evening meal was nice - we had half board - buffet - would have been better if they had tea available. I would use again - we had a 12 hour stopover - 4 people - 2 rooms - airport taxi works better than uber - don't get uber from DXB airport - you have to wait in a silly queue in the blistering heat in some car park and it's actually more expensive for our 5KM approx than the official airport taxi.

It was a wonderful staycation

The initially allotted rooms were completely closed, with no outside view, and the only visible items were paint tins. Later, we were shifted to the top floor, which was satisfactory. However, no services such as baggage handling or assistance in shifting luggage to the rooms were provided.

Rooms are good but the services is not that much satisfied . Location is convenient
