Damac Royale Damac Towers

We rented an apartment in damac paramount B tower from Royal appartments. From 31-12-2025 until 5-1-2026. We stayed only 1 day. The reason is because of the HYGENE AND COCKROACH issues. At arrival there was a bad smell in the kitchen. We went out to celebrate nye. When we came back we met many cockroaches in the kitchen. We informed Royal apartments immediately. But no reactions unfortunately. We gave them a chance until next day to give us another place but still not reaction. So we moved out. We informed *********** the tried to negotiate a refund for the days that we did not stay there but unfortunately we have received nothing. Be warned. Don't let the name paramount and damac deceive you. You will be scammed. The only reason we went there is because of the name paramount. I think they should be ashamed to have their name used by such bad hygiene and service.

I have used the valet parking service today. The staff were polite and got my car quickly when I arrived. The handoff and pickup were reasonably smooth, especially during off-peak hours. The valet made sure my car was clean and sketch free. Highly appropriated and superb service has been provided Specially thanks to Mr Mirza and Kashif and team

I came to visit mohamed from CRM, one lady in the reception is helpful and the other beside here saying like there is no pen without eye contact, she is only using mobile. I was politely asking if there is no pen in the reception suddenly the person whom i thought is helpfulshowing attitude she turned and asking me WHO AM I?? And sounds very rude. Well, no wonder for the service even a client who bought and apartment is not organized to hand over the key and process all the documents. Very very BAD LAXMI in public area is very kind
