Staff and service is amazing, but 1. One of the elevators was broken and had to wait quite long 2. Don’t have bathing rope and dental kits 3. Most important very outdated and old TV, 4-Star Hotel can not afford smart TV.

The hotel offers a free shuttle, which is really convenient for getting around. Check-in was smooth, too, so I'd definitely recommend it. Plus, the hotel has a terrace with great views and the price is very reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Hedy and Sheya were very friendly as were other colleagues at check in and check out. I was pleased to have a room upgrade. Although the shower did not drain. Location is very good!
