Novotel Bur Dubai

Very neat and accessible location of the hotel. Staff where nice als

Everything was good , service was good , near the hospital and Metro station

I arrived at 5 pm and have to wait 10-15 mins for some reason even the checkout for room is 12 pm. The pillow are solid rock which caused neck pain after I woke up.. I have asked if they have other pillows they said it is all reserved.. So why you add a note to ask for a pillow if not committed to all rooms you have? This isn't professional. There were no slippers or table tissues. Seems like 4 stars but missing some major points

Hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making travel very easy. All amenities were excellent, and Wafi Mall is just nearby for shopping and dining mainly inspired by ancient Egyptian culture, not Japanese. Its design features pyramids, pharaoh statues, and themed architecture, making it one of Dubai’s most unique malls.The area also reflects Dubai’s rich culture and historic charm definitely worth exploring on the map and in person. Highly recommended .

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The location was near to metro, The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. I also appreciated the small details like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

Everything was good but the staff who did my checkin lacks hospitality. I dont want to mention the name but the other staff who welcomed other guests i saw them smiling and talking very nicely but the one who did mine was like she owns the property.. no talkings.. felt like checking in a 2 star property..

Super convenient location, close to metro station. Staff were helpful and breakfast is good. Good value!
