The TV wasn't working properly. The washing machine was leaking and caused the door to get stuck. The staff couldn't fix it and didn't provide any explanation. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

Quite confusion on their checking in process!!! They've sharing the lobby with Kempenski hotel which you have to wait at lobby for their representative come in-person to checking in to the room. But view from balcony of room to the Burj Khalifa is awesome

Booking through Trip.com was fast and seamless, and all post-reservation arrangements proceeded effortlessly—true to what was advertised. One unforgettable feature: the room view. Absolutely amazing location with perfect view of Burj Khalifa. The room itself contains a fully fitted kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. It has a direct and easy access to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The room itself though is slightly old and might need a few things refurbished like the carpets look as they have been in there for a long time. All in all the location and view is absolutely brilliant and I would definitely go back there anytime.

The stay at Westminster Dubai Mall was great and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Especially Bobby who helped a lot. Would definitely recommend it!

Just a heads up, I want to clarify something. This place we're staying in isn't exactly like a hotel, it's more of a homestay. You know, where things might not be as polished as what you'd expect at a hotel. So, here's the thing: the website advertises this place as a 5-star accommodation, but honestly, that's a bit misleading. I mean, a homestay doesn't really get rated with stars, right? And they're claiming it's part of the same property as a 5-star hotel nearby, but that's not entirely true. The service here is nowhere near what you'd get at a proper 5-star hotel. Case in point: if you need anything, you have to call a local number from your phone, and if your phone's international, tough luck. When I brought it up, they suggested using WhatsApp. Seriously? And let's talk about the furniture. It's ancient. Apparently, it's been around since 2014 and hasn't been upgraded since. The sofa is almost broken, it goes deep down with a lot of noise. In a place like this, near Dubai Mall where it's bustling all year round, you'd think they'd want to spruce things up a bit, right? Now, to be fair, the location is pretty awesome. Direct access to Dubai Mall? Can't complain about that. But honestly, if they hadn't advertised this place as a 5-star hotel, my expectations would have been different altogether. And kudos to the staff for trying to sort things out. They offered to switch my room multiple times, but here's the kicker: all the rooms have the same shoddy furniture. They even offered me a free upgrade, but guess what? It came with a city view instead of the Burj view I booked. When I insisted on the Burj view, they asked me to pay extra. So yeah, the upgrade didn't really solve anything. My Booking is nonrefundable for 7 nights, I couldn't stay there. I had to leave next day and with local authorities support I will get my money back. Anyway, just wanted to give you the lowdown. Check out the photos for yourself.

Long transit in Dubai

There is only one person sitting on the sofa in the lobby to check in. So when we arrived, no one knew where Westminster was This Westminster apartments is owned by the owner. At the same time, part of the building was given to Kempinski as a hotel, and the other part was left for EMAAR Residence. There are three parts in EMAAR Residence. Residence is a long-term rental apartment (the real front desk after entering the door is the front desk of the long-term rental apartment), Westminster and another Paradise are homestays (two sofas, one sofa has one family sitting on it, you can see the red circle in the picture), and there are also some scattered individual homestays in this apartment building So it is very messy and scattered, even the room card is found in a book and given to you, there is only one card, and there is no second card It was also very strange when checking in. After registering your information, the person who helps you check in will carry your suitcase to you first, check the room, and after a while, find the room card in a book for you I spent the worst night in this hotel last night in all my visits to Dubai The check-in process has been mentioned above, it is irregular; at the same time, the service attitude is bad. When they learned that I missed the plane and needed to go back to the room at 11 o'clock in the evening, they said that the room had been sold again and they also said that they would not arrange a room for me. When there were rooms available, they asked for extra payment before arranging accommodation. They didn't have the attitude to solve the problem. At the same time, when I was a girl with two suitcases and had nowhere to go, Mohammed, who checked me in at the front desk, was joking with other Arabs in the lobby and ignored me. His manager Asnee had a bad attitude on the phone and said that it was none of their business if they had nowhere to go at night. Overall, it was a very bad place. It is recommended to stay in a regular hotel in Dubai

From the very beginning everything was super cool.

The price is in the mid-100,000 won range and it is spacious, and since it is a residence, there is also a microwave. If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it.
