The room is very spacious and has a kitchen for cooking. There's also a small supermarket downstairs with all sorts of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, which is incredibly convenient.

I had confirmed with the hotel via email that I would be checking in early and agreed to pay an extra fee. It was also agreed that I would pay upon arrival at the hotel, but for some reason, the room type I booked was no longer available. I was then upgraded to a 1-bedroom suite, which was incredibly spacious. Thank you for your flexible handling, which made my experience a good one.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I could feel the warm and attentive service atmosphere. The front desk staff were all smiles, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed that just made you want to sink in and get a good night's sleep. The room facilities were also comprehensive, with the TV, air conditioning, and other amenities working perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water.

I was given a room on the 3rd floor, which was too low and disappointing! I saw that others who booked the same room type before were given higher floors. When I asked the front desk staff during check-in, they said the highest they could give was the 3rd floor. I wonder if I was treated differently! The suite itself was quite spacious. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff, their service was attentive and their attitude was excellent, even though the breakfast selection wasn't extensive.

Convenient location and good service. The lobby entrance was a bit hard to find, and the breakfast area was a bit small.
