This is my second book on same hotel. Last time the breakfast was very bad !! There’s no options on breakfast! Is was very little and there is no variety in breakfast. It was My baddest breakfast . Am so sad to say that about 5 star hotel. In addition, kids club not yet opened, i went in 2023 and now 2026 still closed! Why??

Got a room on the 14th floor, but it had a musty smell. 😤 On the bright side, breakfast was good, especially the egg pancakes. The staff were all very attentive; if I needed anything in the room, a quick call to customer service had someone bringing it up right away.

My worst experience in my life, very old room with smell. Far from everything. They make you wake early for you to leave room. Tea kettle broken, windows dusty. They are not happy what they are doing. I usually dont like to write bad comments. But they deserve it. Doesnt worth the value!
