The facilities are good. The hotel environment is good. The hotel services is good. Room is quite clear and comfortable. It’s very convenient when we want to meet people around that area. Overall is satisfied, we will book again for our next trip to Dubai.

This hotel is decent, but sometimes it's better to book directly on their official website. When you book through Trip.com, you don't get any elite benefits or loyalty points. However, Trip.com's prices can sometimes be significantly cheaper than the official website.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. A special mention to the lady at the front desk vanessa who assisted me during check-in and check-out. she was welcoming, patient, and very professional. Explained to me what are the events as i was here for new year. Asked me if i wanted to avail discounted things for the new year. Her friendliness made the stay even more pleasant. Excellent service! Room were clean and spacious as well. Your room are always maked up and the bed is really comfortable. This is my second time here and will always choose to stay here coz of the wonderful service.

The service is so slow tbh and the valet parking is so traffic as always that issue is happening evertine i come but the location is so good

My one-night stay at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was an absolute delight, perfectly combining luxury, convenience, and world-class entertainment that made it feel like a mini-vacation in Dubai. The hotel's location in Al Habtoor City is fantastic—right on the Dubai Water Canal with stunning skyline views. The exterior is impressive, especially at sunset, and the modern lobby welcomes you with elegance and efficiency. The absolute standout was attending La Perle by Dragone—Dubai's must-see aquatic acrobatic show, conveniently located right in the Al Habtoor City complex (just a short walk from the hotel!). The custom-built theatre is incredible, and the performance blew me away with jaw-dropping dives, aerial stunts, motorcycles, and mesmerizing water effects. It's a perfect blend of artistry, athleticism, and theater—truly unforgettable!

Very good location and services but very strange Hilton rules to provide an empty minibar. I had this experience in other Hilton hotel. They should say the room has a mini fridge and not a mini bar.

Overall, it was good, but the breakfast wasn't suitable for Chinese tastes, and the showerhead had issues. The location is convenient, only a 15-minute drive to Dubai Mall.

The room was too old. I called three times to ask for an extra blanket, but no one answered. It's a huge difference compared to a JW [Marriott].
