Totally uneducated people in Recieption Indian manager don’t know how can check in from trip.com totally waste our time.be carefull from Recieption this is very disgusting if he doesn’t know how can manage why he sit here totally disrespectful.

The company salesman was on a business trip and the hotel he booked for him was not too far from the airport. It cost about 100 by taxi. This price is really very cheap in Dubai.

There is no toiletries and the hair dryer has nothing. It is equivalent to the domestic 168 chain. But the staff at the bar are very nice.

******* should not rate these properties high and mislead foreign customers. The room I was in had roaches, bath rooms were ill maintained, leaky & noisy. I did complaint to the reception manager several times. He said to reach out to *******.

For our six day stay rooms were only cleaned once and on request for that matter.
We were made to pay extra money on early check in and full rate for late check out. Staff were not ready to discuss this
