Our stay at Andaz by Hyatt in Dubai was truly memorable. The beach and pool area were absolutely stunning—perfectly maintained, relaxing, and ideal for both families and couples. The poolside atmosphere was vibrant yet peaceful, and the beach offered a beautiful stretch of sand with crystal-clear waters. Cleanliness throughout the property was excellent. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. It really added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home and ensured that every detail of our visit was smooth and enjoyable.

They didn’t clean the dirty cups in kitchen sink and didn’t provide any cleaning liquid for us to clean even we request from the hotel! Strange service!!

The quality is exceptionally high. The swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff are very professional in their service. They even upgraded my room, which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time. The location is also excellent, right across from the mall and very close to the observation deck and the SkyTrain.
