The Deluxe villa comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms with scenic lake views to the front, a private garden with private swimming pool, covered outdoor seating area, Bbq and an open plan lounge and dining area to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 8 guests including children. To the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a large King Size Bed, complete with en-suite bathroom and an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the garden and swimming pool area and a security safe. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with a large double bed with stunning views of the lake. The third bedroom provides two single beds which also overlook the lake. All the bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes for ample storage. To the ground floor the open plan lounge area provides seating for up to 8 guests, and dining area which also offers seating for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a ground floor Wc. The ground floor offers a separate study room with work desk and chair, which can also be transformed in to a fourth bedroom with sofa bed. There is an additional sofa bed in the lounge. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bath towels and toiletries are provided as standard.
