Ugh, the hotel's facilities and service don't measure up to other five-star hotels. I requested a quiet room when checking in, but they put me right next to an elevated highway. The roar of sports cars and the wail of police sirens made it impossible to sleep. The front desk couldn't switch my room either, even though the hotel wasn't even full that day. So frustrating!!!

Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected. There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, which made navigating the hotel and its facilities challenging. With kids in tow, this added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones. But the location is awesome !

There was a small hiccup during our stay, but I'm incredibly grateful to Carol and Steven from Trip for their help in smoothly checking us into a suitable room. The overall location is excellent, right next to Dubai Mall via a connecting bridge. The room was quite new and clean, and I felt it was better than the other Kempinski across the road. Car rental was convenient; Thrifty was visible right after crossing the connecting bridge.
