Excellent hotel, excellent location, sophisticated service, new rooms, and complete hotel facilities.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the environment was comfortable and quiet. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Big beautiful room. Nice lobby. That's about it. Check-in took 50 minutes. Only 2 counters were open, and there were only 4 people ahead of me. It was already late, after 9 PM. This is an airport hotel. People come here to sleep. The wait time for the precious room keys was simply unbelievable. It turned out that the glass panel in my shower cabin was coming loose, and all the water was flowing onto the floor towards the toilet. Waiting for a mop and a dry towel took another hour. In the end, they just brought a dry bath mat, which I guess I was supposed to put in the puddle. I couldn't wait for them anymore as I was exhausted. As a result, I only managed to get to sleep after 1 AM. It's a real shame about the money wasted and the lack of rest during a long transit.

The bidet leaks water and the sink is clogged. I informed the front desk about both issues. Also, the air conditioning isn't cooling well, and the room feels stuffy with no proper ventilation. This is very bad.

The room was a bit tired. There was no bathrobe. For dinner, there was only one type of chicken for the hot dish and a lot of sides. For breakfast, the only meat option was chicken sausages (though breakfast was more varied than dinner). The bedding and towels were clean, and the mattress was comfortable. The only things that hinted at a 5-star experience were the hotel lobby and the staff greeting. I booked this room for a long layover between flights. For that purpose, the hotel is excellent, but definitely NOT for a vacation stay!

The hotel is excellent! Everything is super clean and luxurious! The room is cozy, the bedding is top-notch just as I like it, the pool is simply a dream, and it has a convenient location near the airport.
