The hotel reception was quite prompt. However, the room was cramped and old. The carpet was also dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was very simple. Overall, it felt like overpriced.

Very good hotel

What a lovely stay! We (family of 4) booked 2 separate rooms, however staff added one extra bed for free! Hotel is very clean, I didn't expect full daily service for such price that we paid! Fresh towels every day The staff are so nice and friendly The location is good too - only 5mins walk to the metro station Al Rigga A lot of tasty food places around, shops and pharmacies that work 24 hours We were offered late check out free of charge! The pool and gym are niceeee! I would definitely stay again in this hotel

No toiletries, no TV, and a bathtub for showering.

We stay for 9 days at the hotel,food was ok,hotel it’s self need to improve, but it’s was nice, thanks J5 rimal apartment…

Thank you for your kind and polite service. Great hospitality. Because it is an apartment hotel, cleaning and amenities are minimal. However, you can ask the front desk about almost anything. They can understand even broken English, so you can rest assured. (For example, I want a knife, water, towels...) etc. You can also cook simple meals in the kitchen. The surroundings are bright, so you can go home safely even at midnight. In front of the station, there are stores like Don Quijote, supermarkets, popular and solid restaurants, takeout specialty stores, and everything else, making it a very easy environment to live in. Near the hotel, there is also a famous shop that serves traditional baklava with a moderate sweetness that even Japanese people find delicious, and a chocolate patch shop. It is less crowded than Dubai Mall, so you can shop at your own pace. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I stay for multiple nights for work. Thank you very much

Good location! Close to supermarkets and the nearest metro station 🙆♀️ The room was clean! The hotel staff were also very kind. I was generally satisfied, but if I had to mention one thing, it was difficult to adjust the shower and the bathroom got wet. This may be a problem for those who like things to be neat.
