This hotel location is good but not so clean bathroom not so good

Do not go to this Hotel! Its not safe and its really really dirty! Its full of Indian Workers that looking to a women from up to down its so not safe there! No Parking also you need to search over 30 Minutes for parking and you need to pay it also! Bed is dirty, it stinks so badly in room. I will even will not perfer my enemys to this Hotel!

I recently booked a stay at the Saffron Boutique Hotel in Deira, Al Murar, Dubai, through Trip.com. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of issues. Firstly, I was charged 80 dirhams for valet parking, and to add insult to injury, I received a parking violation fine of 150 dirhams, which was not my fault. To make matters worse, when I contacted Trip.com to report the incident, they failed to take any action. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel or using Trip.com's services.

Worst hotel....money snake staff Beware Not recommended

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty, and the cleanliness did not meet basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. It was not family-friendly, and overall the experience was unpleasant.

it was horrible i will never go to this hotel again it is very miserable and it smelled very bad and the sheets were dirty the bathroom was dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom was dirty

Best time ever

Service was great; it can get quite loud in the evening as there's a club downstairs, but the food was delicious and the staff were friendly.

My experience with this hotel, Saffron Boutique Hotel, was simply terrible. I book this hotel listed as a 4-star hotel. You can see from the pictures yourself to determine if this is a 4-star hotel. I wouldn’t give it even a 2-star. Upon arriving at the room, I contacted Trip.com to attempt to cut short of my stay, but the hotel wouldn’t allow it. After Trip.com contacted the hotel, it offered to “upgrade” me to another room; it was marginally, but not much, better. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Trip.com’s response was prompt, but was not able to make the hotel to approve my request. Trip.com should reevaluate if this hotel deserve a 4-star rating. It’s a false representation and advertisement.

The worst HOTEL ever in my life. Nothing like the pictures no parking available you need to search for an 1 hr or more to park if you come late. NOT CLEAN, cockroaches in the room which is disgusting. Very smelly. rotten toilet. Water not flowing in your shower. DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER. No AIR-CONDITIONING CONTROL. EVERYTIME YOU NEED TO CALL ROOM SERVICE TO ADJUST YOUR AIR-CONDITIONING!!!!!!!! BAD LOCATION TOO MUCH TRAFFIC IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR TRIP TO BE BAD. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
