Grand Excelsior Hotel - Bur Dubai Reviews

The staff are friendly and hospitable. We left an item and glad we got it back. The fascilities are old. But it was fine and we had a good stay to rest. Room cleaning is done everyday. Breakfast is same same no variety mostly Indian and pakistani foods.

We were given rooms with no windows. It was not what I paid for but took some time and anger to get a normal rooms. I would like to be refunded for one night withno room window. We had actually 2 rooms booked same. Hotel is nice but needs renovations. Looks very tired.

There is a club on main floor and they play loud music u til 2 am. The noise can be heard in the rooms. Also it is a very old hotel and I found the price is too high for this quality of hotel.

Great, nice ambiance, perfect for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was plentiful.

Over all Good, but the Hotel prices doesn’t stay the same for extensions.

Party, eat, drink as many bars n I can have w nice late n wee hours awakened with b town bar n sheesha n other diff cuisines like Indian n Chinese near lobby - very close to bur dubai

A good hotel. The breakfast was okay, but might not be to everyone's liking. The location was a big plus, being conveniently close to the metro.

Hotel staff service and attitude is bad air conditioning not working. If call to attend this no one came to see it till 40 minutes. If personal go to reception no one will . Old towel. No room sleepers.

Delayed service time, mean receptionist, no fetal kits . The rooms are really spacious and good
