Signature Hotel Apartments and Spa Reviews

Hotel, has changed the type of the room for villa apartments-this room cost cheaper and really bad! For next night I apologise and they change the room. Also they have problems with their room service -cleaning of the room really bad! Everytime the forgot to bring towels, to equipped room with glasses -everything you should ask! Room and hotel is good but service and personal attitude must be improved! I was not satisfied with this stay.

Its quite a good hotel close to the marina promenade, many shops and amenities, 10 mins walk from metro DMCC station. its quite ok for the prices..

The location of the hotel is good

Perfect for a place to relax. Ideally situated close to The Walk and other facilities in the Dubai Marina. All the way around very nice and service minded personnel . If you need help, suggestions or other - you get it! Rooms are generally nice and especially if you get a room with a view of the Marina. A few suggestions for improvements: Breakfast: If you sit and dine outside - Get the "bird" problem solved. Potentially a serious contamination problem which neither the guests, not the hotel want. TV: Easier access to channels - especially English spoken news channels. Install shower cabinets. Showers standing in a bath tub is dangerous and old fashioned. Generally my wife and I had a very nice stay at Signature and we will definitely be back.

The hotel balcony has the best view, but the room was too old and too humid, especially the shower room. we asked to change the room but the stuff said there were no available rooms. The gentleman at the swimming pool (Mr. Hocine) was really nice and helpful.

Pool view is stunning, though the main pain of this hotel is availability of 12 sunbeds only for 95 rooms while there enough room to place more. Receptionists are very helpful and polite

Everything was good

The room was on the 2nd floor, the property had worn parts, needed to be replaced, the TV was not a Smart TV, the hot water in the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not enough to fill it completely, cold water came from the middle. But the general service was good, whatever we wanted by calling, they brought it right away. In the kitchen area of the hotel room, when we turned on the water, there was a strange bad smell, which was unbearable. Overall I rate it 10/6.5

It was an amazing and wonderful time that I had to Signature hotel and apartment Spa . I met unbelievable people kind and helpful smiling willingly to help you every second they see you. Front desk staff Nasreen , Mohamed, Nya, Khalid and the other guy i cann't remember his name but he was a really nice guy with a smile every time. Housekeeping Suraj helpfully guy . 🙏🙏👍🏻👍🏻😍😍❤️❤️

Location is good, easy to find even if you walk to look for place from metro station. The staff is friendly specially Bellman Salim was very helping for me. Recommended for the medium/low cost accommodation.

The room was wet and made condensation which caused me to have an asthma attack, damp in the walls from water , the tiles leaking water and impossible even walk bare feet, I fell severely ill, I told the hotel and all I was told is that they will mention to the manager , not good enough, mosquitos in the room And in the lobby my legs and arms all bitten , hotel Needs cleaning and the water which could of been from the last flooding in Dubai entered the rooms , outrageous

Good hotel with various facilities size refrigerator washing machine kitchen you can cook The service staff is polite and very good. convenient trekking Adjacent to the yacht mooring and close to the train station
