The stay was comfortable and if ur looking for a peace and calm then this hotel is perfect for them we got a good room 3610 and view with higher floor but the Tamil lady I don't no her name when we arrived @12:45 she said that the check in time was 3 pm but after 5-10 mins she has given the room a big Kudos to that Tamil lady...and bell boy russian guy he is very friendly and helpful more over I felt like a home....... we will be back again in future 2 things which we didn't get that is when we asked for Plates we didn't get from room service and also for the Tv assistant we have asked but no one has come to check this 2 things could be improved better.

It was our first time and the service they provide is good. Clean hotel, we have kids and its suitable for them as they really enjoyed the facilities here. They even provided a free room upgrade as my sister is celebrating her birthday. Staffs are accomodating.

Hotel is very good , breakfast is fantastic, Jahir and his team is very good and helpful, taken special care of kid. They are very good . Felt like a home away from home.

Very good, convenient transportation. The room is large. The facilities are complete

The room is huge. Two rooms, each with its own bath and toilet, a living room combined with a full kitchen. All is clear. But renovations and furniture need to be updated. Everything is ancient. White walls create a very uncomfortable impression. I really liked the view from the room. We lived on the 32nd floor. Maximum - 43 floors. There are rooms with balconies. But we didn't have a balcony. On the 7th floor there is a restaurant where breakfast is served, a swimming pool, quite large. We took meals - breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very varied. Buffet with drinks - juice, tea, coffee. For 2 weeks in the Emirates, this was one of the best in terms of content. Dinner a la carte. The menu is limited to 4 dishes: fries with chicken, burger and fries, pizza or pasta. You can choose one thing. In addition, you can choose a salad of fresh vegetables, a plate of fruit, and a glass of juice. The choice is small, if you stay for a long time, you will get bored. But everything is very tasty prepared. The whole family liked it.

The hotel is amazing

A good hotel, but it seems to me that it is only suitable for those who have their own car, since the metro station is far away, I didn’t notice buses nearby either. Pros: - convenient parking; - very fast Internet, for the first time I meet such a good one in hotels; - spacious rooms with good lighting; - good location if by car; - good sound insulation; - shallow but spacious pool with cooled water; - there is everything you need (coffee, slippers, mini-fridge); - downstairs is a good supermarket with a bunch of Russian goods :) Minuses: - a very meager breakfast, we were surprised, I don’t even remember where else this would come across; - the staff is very different, you can get someone super friendly, or maybe not :) - only 4 elevators for such a high tower, you have to wait a long time; - excessively perfumed corridors; - Squeaky laminate.
