Hôtel is dirty and too noisy, all fournitures are old and broken, the bathroom is awfull, there is insects like blats in the room.

The Rooms and the property are outdated not as it looks on photos.

The worst hotel i've ever stayed，The environment is very bad，Water closet broken， little water when you wash your body and the water pipe is broken so the water comes out when you take a shower Can c-trip just cancel the coperate with this hotel?! I feel cheated by this application--c-Trip? See, cheat!

The space is OK. The facilities of the old hotel are a bit old, but the hygiene is OK.

This is the worst hotel environment in Dubai. The small room in the corner is terrible. It is small, small and the room is very damp. The corner room on the first floor is the worst I have ever seen.

Very noisy, all night music, all staff just say sorry only, they have no cleaning and there is a bad smell in the hotel. You can sleep hereroad side or park...

This hotel is terrible, DO NOT BOOK IT! If I could give minus points I would! Most staff is from India. The entire hotel is dirty. I had cockroaches in my room, crawling on the dirty carpet, on the side of the bed (!!) and a dead one was under a pillow in the closet. The bathtub was so old and stained, it looked like someone was murdered in there. The holder for the shower head was hanging out of the wall. Under the sink, 3 cockroaches were having a party. The toilet seat was loose and moved in all directions. I had only one towel. The first evening I had no warm water. I asked the guy at the reception to do something against it, but he said "Tomorrow, mam." I couldn`t sleep all night because I was afraid that the damn cockroaches will crawl over the bed when I fall asleep. The second day I had warm water, but I checked out in the evening, I couldn`t stay there any longer. The breakfast is was a bad joke too. The staff is quick to help with a taxi, but they call their "friends" instead the regular taxis. These "friends" charge you a lot more than regular taxis. For my trip to my appointment I paid 40 AED more than for my trip back (same distance), where I booked a regular taxi. All in all, I felt like I was in a third-world country, not in Dubai. That part of Deira where this dirty hotel is situated is loud and very dirty too. NEVER AGAIN Dorus hotel. I still feel sick from my stomach!

Dirty with a lot of cockroaches in bathroom and even I my bed! Terrible ……. Terrible….. terrible….. do not recommend to anyone! On Booking it shows as a 4 star hotel! … but in real time it not even 2 star hotel! What a joke ))))))))))))))))))))))

One of the worst experiences i ever had, bad room service, room mattress are un relax able, even they don't have thin pillows, i did not sleep whole night, i will not recommend anyone, just waisting of money..staff is not cooperative,Next time i will never ever come for this type of poor hotel

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of my life. I don’t usually leave reviews , but i want to warn others before they make the same mistake.i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even as a last resort. Where do I even begin? First , the bathroom was a nightmare. Water was leaking from the ceiling, dripping constantly onto the floor and turning the whole area into a swamp. The humidity was horrible, making everything feel damp and musty, with no ventilation to clear it out. I can’t believe the hotel would rent out rooms in such a state. Then, the room was infested with bed bugs. I was about to sleep my first night till i felt my neck itchy, guess what!! I was covered in bites and immediately found the tiny pests crawling on the mattress. When I reported it to the front desk, they acted like it was no big but at least they changed my room On top of that, there were cockroaches everywhere—in the bathroom, near and on the bed, even crawling out from the corners of the room. The level of dirt was shocking. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, there was dust on every surface, and I even found stains on the walls and linens. It was beyond disgusting. As if all that wasn’t enough, the noise was relentless. There was loud music and voices echoing through the halls all night, making it impossible to get any sleep. It was like staying in a combination of a nightclub and a dump. In summary, this hotel is a disaster. Between the bed bugs, leaking ceiling, cockroaches, dirt, humidity, and constant noise, this place is an absolute health hazard. Avoid it at all costs—this hotel should be shut down until it addresses these major issues. Ps : the pictures posted are outdated ages ago …
