Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai

The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel. You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic.

The ground floor provides direct access to Dubai Mall, which is super convenient for getting around. Taxis to all the attractions are also readily available.

This has truly been the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Dubai. The service was terrible, and the room facilities were equally bad. I will definitely never stay at a Kempinski again! The bathroom was incredibly spacious but also extremely slippery, with no anti-slip warnings or mats whatsoever. My husband fell to the floor with my daughter in his arms and couldn't get up for two minutes; his foot swelled up significantly. The hotel staff showed absolutely no concern! They only provided one toothbrush and no comb unless you called to request one. For 2700 AED a night, the experience was truly awful! Breakfast was also extremely simple and basic; even the bread wasn't fresh! I highly do not recommend it! For the same price, I recommend JW Marriott Marquis Dubai!
