First off, I need to mention that this hotel has a mandatory breakfast charge for children. Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that according to hotel policy, children must pay for breakfast even if they don't eat it, simply by being guests. So, despite my child not eating, we were charged 75 AED per day for breakfast, totaling 225 AED for our three-night stay. I usually don't write reviews, but for the benefit of future travelers from my country, I felt it was important to share this situation for their reference.
To be fair, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 10-minute walk away. However, getting to the metro station is a bit of a trek; I'd recommend taking a bus near the hotel that goes directly to the metro entrance. While the room was spacious, the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very average; the eggs seemed to be cooked without being washed first (you can see in the pictures). On the bright side, the restaurant environment was pleasant, and you could see the Burj Khalifa from there. The staff were all very nice and enthusiastic in assisting with any requests.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't be staying here again.
