JW Marriott Hotel Marina Reviews

The room with the marina view was really nice. However, the plumbing under the sinks in all three rooms was broken – the facilities really weren't up to par. Public transport access was quite convenient, with the metro and light rail not too far away. But getting a taxi in this area was extremely difficult; traffic was severe from morning till night.

One of the amazing stays I made in Dubai, I actually celebrated my husband’s birthday along with my business trip, I requested the hotel for special arrangements and I am really grateful for their support and nice arrangements. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all: as the hotel is luxury, JW kitchen’s food is so delicious, the location is amazing next to one of the best malls in Dubai, connected to Dubai Marina where you can find a number or restaurants and cafes and you will also be able to take a boat/ yacht trips. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel as all were friendly and respectful.

Overall nice hotel a bit expensive but the service and the assistance offered in not a 5 star hotel definitely ….There’s a lot of delay in many aspects

Property location is good but breakfast  & dinner spread was not as per JW Marriott standard there were very few vegan options   even service for breakfast was also not as per sJW standard  flush in toilets were also not working very well  small improvements can bring a good positive changes in property

I stayed with my son and we really loved to stay there. All the staff is very nice. Location is perfect. Kids club is good with nice women staff.

The service was excellent, the location was excellent, and the reception staff provided superior and professional service.

I recently stayed for 4 nights at the JW Marriott Marina Hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the beach, making it great for leisure travelers. However, the nearby mall doesn’t offer many shops, which might be disappointing for shopping enthusiasts. I also feel the hotel would benefit from having a restaurant with live entertainment, as seen in other hotels,this hotel is better suited for business trips rather than leisure stays, given its amenities and overall atmosphere.”

Just stayed here we are from Australia and I have nothing but praise for this amazing Hotel Everything and I mean everything from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out was beyond exceptionally amazing The local bar on-site is amazing they can't do enough for you The breakfast and the staff also amazing Special thanks upon checking in by Beah had organised a room for us straight away even though we we arrived before check in Upon checking out Nora who was very pleasant and a lovely smile upon leaving a good impression Another staff member Christinan who allowed us a later check out as our flight was not until later in the evening Will definitely be recommending this hotel to.whoever we know that will be visiting Dubai and this will be the only place to stay when we come back.
