The place was nice. But the swimming pool water smells Algae. I don't like the indian bald receptionist he has a attitude. But over all it was fantastic and nice! Would book again there soon? I guess no heheehe just an honest review

It was a good hotel not bad. I like it. Looking forward to Tabook again with them very nice one. Just a parking lot was not comfortable but overall everything is OK.

Facilities: Comprehensive, everything you need is there, though only one charging port was working. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no unpleasant smells. Environment: The neighborhood is harmonious. Rooms near the market might have some noise, but those closer to the inner road are very quiet. The hotel has its own parking lot, charged at 15 Dirhams per day.

I had a very pleasant stay at City Avenue hotel. Breakfast is affordable and have sufficient quantity. They have a fixed menu for breakfast. Hotel building is new, close to metro station and you will find a variety of shops around Overall highly recommended

The hotel is located right in the middle of a very lively and vibrant Al Rigga night market. The whole place becomes so lively in the evenings and is only a 5 min walk from Burjuman metro station. Al Ghuhair shopping mall is a 5 min walk the area is surrounded by lots of eating places. The staff are veryfriendly and our room was very clean and the laundry changed everyday. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again soon.

I was shocked by the attitude and behavior of Mahesh during my stay. The pool area has only two parasols available for all guests, which makes it very normal and necessary to apply sunscreen to avoid getting sunburned. I applied sunscreen and, before entering the pool, I took a proper shower to rinse off — exactly as one should. However, Mahesh suddenly pulled me out of the pool and told me that anyone who applies sunscreen, even after showering, is not allowed to swim. I explained that there were too few parasols and that without sunscreen I would get burned, but he simply responded that this was my problem. I found this extremely unprofessional and upsetting. Other guests around the pool also felt that his behavior was unacceptable. This experience left a very negative impression and significantly affected my stay.
