This is my go-to hotel for business trips. The facilities and amenities are excellent, and during these unusual times, it offers great value for money. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, and the staff are all incredibly friendly.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Vibe. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The ambiance was welcoming and modern, creating a very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The room was impressively clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Every detail seemed designed for guest comfort, and the overall environment was peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a spotless and stress-free stay.

Facilities: Well-equipped. The shower had good water temperature and pressure, and the large bathtub was very comfortable. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: There's nothing around, and there's a construction site nearby. The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy. Service: Warm and attentive. Breakfast was standard. Being on a high floor, you can enjoy distant views.

A really clean hotel with good rooms. At the swimming pool area there was never any clean towels available so i took my own. Also, when i tried calling for room service, there was no reply so ended up getting a takeaway instead.

Very attentive staff. Great hospitality! The breakfast is as good as the reviews state - wide selection and cater to allergens like gluten and dairy! The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. They have a sister hotel across town via shuttle that you can visit their beach. Their shuttles to the mall are most helpful. There’s also some good coffee shops and brunch places around the area if you’re willing to walk 10 minutes in the heat. We would definitely stay again.

Really good stay at First Collection Hotel Business Bay. Great value for money—rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The vibe is relaxed, staff were friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Not luxury, but definitely a solid, well-priced option for a Dubai stay.

Great service...comfortable rooms. Location central and near big balls, but a huge amount of construction at the moment. Have shuttle to malls.

Stayed here for a business trip. Overall, it was decent. The breakfast was good, but the air conditioning didn't provide heat, so it was a bit cold at night.

The hotel is situated in an area which is newly developed. Without travel jam or crowded transportation, it is easy to transport yourself easily. We arrived quite early becasue our flight arrived at six in the morning. After checking in, we lucily met a gentleman, whom we believe he belongs management personnel, who kindly provided us a room immediately for our convenience. It is fantastic. The restaurant for the breakfast is full of holiday mood while you may find it a bit uncomfortable when all the guests take the meal at the same time.

The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. The rooftop pool and lounge area at Mezzanine level were a highlight, offering stunning views of the city. There was construction going on nearby which was a little loud, but it was not heard in the rooms. The in-house dining options were impressive too, with a variety of cuisines and great quality food. Located in the heart of Jumeirah Village Circle, the hotel offers easy access to many of Dubai’s major attractions, while still providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds. Would highly recommend to both business and leisure travellers looking for a high-quality stay in a less touristy but convenient part of Dubai.

it was a pleasant stay! Everything is perfectly fine, only issue was that the check in process took more than 20 mins. Despite the check in time, I will return to stay again.

The breakfast was good, meeting Marriott's quality standards.
