I stayed here for over a month, and the service was generally good. However, I'd suggest varying the breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus as they were too repetitive.

Good location and friendly service. Guest discounts on F&B Breakfast buffet reasonably priced. Room lighting needs to be brighter. Note: the nearby Arabic Nightclub (photo#6) was still blasting loud music at 2:30 a.m. ! This is a serious offense which requires reporting to the authorities. Hotel guests will suffer from sleep deprivation because of this noisy night club. Serious action is required from hotel management and community residents.

I like this hotel . Its very calm and friendly staff also very easy accessible especially if you have a car.

I had an amazing stay and will definitely book this hotel again. I absolutely loved my sea-facing room with a balcony. While my overall experience was very positiv, I believe that the cleanliness could have been improved. There were fingerprint marks on the wardrobe doors near the handle, as well as on the fridge and toilet door. These areas should be cleaned thoroughly and consistently to maintain high hygiene standards. I did not raise a complaint during my sta because I was very happy with th room's location of the room and balcony. I also enjoyed the shower although th water was not as warm as expected and could be increased for greater comfort. It needs to be increased. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the service was excellent. One of the kitchen staff, called Mimi took an interest in me as a guest and made conversation which added a lovely touch to my stay. I also would like to express my appreciation to Joyce and Lala at the front desk for their excellent customer service. The main reason for choosing the Hyatt is because of their long standing premium service. The breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. One of the kitchen staff member, Mimi, was particularly welcoming and took the time to make conversation, which added a lovely personal touch to my experience. I would also like to express my appreciation to Joyce and Lala at the front desk for their exceptional customer service and professionalism. One of the main reasons why I choose Hyatt is because of its long-standing reputation for premium service, and overall, the team delivered a memorable experience.
