Hotel was very clean and new. Our stay was very comfortable albeit location is slightly far and away from attractions. Most of the front reception staff were friendly. Also Starbucks coffee available at hotel lobby which was quite convenient.

The location is great, many shops and restaurants nearby. A plus point is there’s a florist shop at the lobby! Also thanks for the free upgrade, truly enjoy my stay here! Recommended!

We have an urgent issue and my brother was very upset and talked with the hotel management about it It’s about unsafe staying inside the room, housekeeper just opened the room door while they are sleeping reason to clean and my brother already called the receptionist and informed them we don’t want cleaning this day be we are tired and need to sleep. So it’s really scared them and the remanning nights was uncomfortable nights. The only action taken that’s sorry and offers fruit plater which rejected by my brother and he told them we will talk care about ourselves. Thanks

Very small Room and the service is very bad the location is bad nothing worth in that hotel This is the worst hotel I have been in Dubai

The hotel was set in central Dubai so it was close to many modern Dubai attractions.The service was very nice and gave us a cookie when we came in the hotel and when we wanted to go out or in the hotel they would bring our car. I would like to particularly mention Sara. She was very nice,she always gave us our coffee and milk on time.It is not the type of resort hotel ,which is good,so you can explore Dubai not get stuck at the hotel. The Valet team was also very cooperative and helped us in finding our mobile once we lost it in the car.

Good rooms but very long check in process even though it was after 10PM and two people serving at the front desk. It felt like it is system related which isn’t very efficient

bad service and inconvenient location. have to grab taxi everywhere. booked same type of room as friends but al end up in totally different room

Typical and decent hotel with all expected amenities. Breakfast buffet is large, food at the pool tasty. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Family rooms are large and comfortable. Location is not great, as it’s next to a motorway and there is no place to go in the neighbourhood so it’s a taxi ride everywhere. Good to experience Dubai on budget.
