The location is great. You're just a short walk from the Emirates Mall and the metro station. There are plenty of local food restaurants nearby. The room has a modern and clean design. The staff is friendly, but the technician couldn't fix the movable desk shelf because he couldn't screw in one of the bolts. He had a big smile on his face, but his arms were useless.

Super hotel, it has everything you need inside and the staff are kind and friendly. You have several shops right next door for groceries or a quick meal. Mall of the Emirates is a 5-minute walk away, and you'll also find the metro inside. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back without hesitation.

Em really sorry to mention that I got surprised when I inter the room there is needle on the floor but I save myself and the chair is also have tip on back it scratch on my back over all experience is not good But the staff of reception is nice they treat us with good respect I suggest to management please make improve room service

Hotel is located in a residential area so parking is a huge problem since the hotel doesn't provide free parking. Other than that the service and facilities are good given it's a budget hotel.

We liked the room because it was clean, except that there were no sleepers and the trash can didn't have plastic..
