Very bad service had to wait 45 minutes to check in only one member of staff, had to pay 60 AED tourism fee they charged per room and i was only one person but had to pay 30 for the two bedroom flat per night, funrniture old and out worn curtain fall down in the bedroom staff very slow and service

Unpretentious accommodations for a very reasonable price. A great budget option for staying near Dubai Mall. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and maybe dinner. Linens are changed, and the staff is responsive to requests. There's a grocery store and several cafes nearby. In general, everything in Dubai is delicious, and the portions are generous. There's plenty of space inside, but in July, only one pool with a bar was open. Perfect for budget travelers.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay, everything was clean, the towels were like new and fresh, the bed was gorgeous, they change the towels every day and clean the rooms, my family with a 2-year-old child are very happy that we chose this hotel, 2-room apartments in the center of Dubai next to the Arab Mall, everyone is very polite and helps 24/7, we will definitely return to this place!!!!! Many thanks to all the staff!!!!
