Good location, smooth check-in and check-out, friendly staff, clean room even its old and some facilities need renovation, they upgrade me to suite, the kettle was rusted

The hotel's front desk and service staff were very friendly. The only issue was the night security guard, who had an extremely poor attitude. He kept rushing me to remove my luggage, threatening to charge me if I didn't, even though I was just setting it down for a moment. All other service staff were excellent.

Check in was smooth. Room is normal, nothing special. Shower is small, as its direct to bathtub however the tub is tight, so when you take shower the water is over the floor. The room has window but not advisable to open. Room price is reasonable,

Date & Time: 31 October 2025, 23:19 (local time) Location: Reception area Staff Member: Manager — Mr. Qamal Sohail Guest Name: ****** ******* Room / Booking Name: room number: 723 booking number: **************** During my interaction with Mr. Qamal Sohail at the reception, he unexpectedly raised his voice at me and refused to assist with my request. This behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable as a guest. Moreover, The water from the bathroom leaks onto the floor every time I take a shower. There's a lot of dust in the room. They forgot to provide us with a foot towel on two occasions, and they never provided us with a face towel. Only one of the power outlets in the room works. The breakfasts are not very tasty. They even have a broken coffee machine, and no one is willing to fix it, despite my numerous requests. I found it extremely uncomfortable to stay in this 4-star hotel. I booked this hotel from October 28th to November 1st. And I booked the same hotel again from November 1st to 3rd on trip.com at 8:00 a.m. on October 31st. I have already paid for the reservation and received a voucher from trip.com. However, the hotel has not received a booking confirmation email. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation during my travels. All the hotel staff refused to help me in this situation, citing that they could not extend my stay until they received a confirmation with 5 digits. Despite my numerous requests for assistance, as this was the first time I had encountered such a situation, the staff did not provide any service or help me. As a result, I wasted my money. I was also very stressed. My wife also experienced significant stress due to this incident with the hotel. She is currently ill and should not be subjected to such stress. Dubai is globally known for its high standards of hospitality and respectful guest treatment. I trust that this situation does not reflect the values and service philosophy of Pearl Swiss Hotel. Not maintained and high price hotel due to season time , and close to metro station

goood hotel

The service was excellent and very welcoming. They allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room for free, and readily agreed to a late checkout when we asked. There's a supermarket nearby, which was really convenient for buying fruit, drinks, and so on. The subway station is less than a ten-minute walk away, and the hotel can also arrange a taxi, which is much cheaper than Uber.

The Receptionist were VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL if I hadn't made payment online I wouldn't have stayed.

Locationa was great. They have upgraded me also in a Suite 1 bedroom for free👌. Reception was easy to talk for what i needed. Great stay!

It was a great experience staying at Pearl Swiss hotel. We had a very nice time with my mom. Everything was fine, rooms clean, location is very close to the metro which is great. I’d definitely come back to stay at this place whenever I am coming back to Dubai.

Location is between Union and Al Rigga metro station. Easily accessible and many restaurants to eat.
