Pearl Swiss Hotel Reviews

The bed was covered in footprints, smelled like sweat, and had yellow sweat stains and all kinds of hair on it. When I asked them to change the sheets, the cleaner literally threw the duvet right onto the floor while changing the cover. Charging this much for such a filthy place is absolutely disgusting.

I just didnt like the area, the hotel was smelly, the room was dirty and it didn’t look like the picture, the balcony is the biggest scam. I couldn’t even stay in the hotel for 10 mins and i would like to request a refund because it was a horrible experience.

I already updated the guest list on app but my friend got there first and she wanted to check in. The receptionist is not accepting her, without checking the system. Only when I called and talked to them, they checked and accepted. The way of talking from reception is a little bit awkward. Rest are good. Mentioned the room with a balcony but only included window.

I usually choose Pearl Swiss Hotel for my business trip due to its location is near airport and MRT line.

Not good not bad but yes it was nice stay. I will recommend for low budget

its good the staff were friendly but the stagg at night is not friendly

The room was great and very clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were also very friendly, and there was someone to help with luggage. It's close to the subway station and there's a shopping mall nearby where you can eat. The only downside is that the view from the window isn't great.

Good location, near metro and night market, room is clean, fair price.this is second time staying here. Very concenience.

The receptionists could do better by not rushing and display natural kindness but we had a good rest during our stay.

I love it here, and will always remember the good days well spent

Very friendly staff with good smiles always, and room service was also very helpful

Staff r well mannered n friendly cleanliness service staffs all are very good n helpfull Highly recommend

The place reeks of cigarette smoke; the smell permeates everything, including the bedding. It is not a pleasant place at all.

I've enjoyed my short stay in the hotel everything was excellent am delighted for my short stay hopefully to visit again soon
