It was great night and its soo clean hotel

The worst hotel ever The room it's not clean And the breakfast not good And nothing in the room like teeth brush or enough towels

This is not a 5 star hotel, very disappointed with the false star rating

The property is well located, is clean.. the breakfast was great... the room itself had some design flaws such as lack of satisfactory ventilation inside rooms.

1. front desk need to explain more of tax fee and deposit instead of just making you sign the contract. (which is not included in the total fee of the trip.com) 2. better not to tend to sell another room upon arrival, which makes feeling not good at all, and even with huge gap in between, like extra 250usd for 2 nights. 3. If trip.com mentioned the room can see the view of burj khalifa, then just be honest for the info shown in the trips.com, on the other hand, if 1 bedroom can only see like side of burj khalifa, then just mark on the room info, don't put the wrong picture which misled tourist thanks.

The hotel is clean, great and has fantastic views of the Burj Khalifa.

Excellent apartments. Within walking distance from Burj Khalifa with a view of it (there is a good view from the pool for those who do not have a balcony). There is a grocery store nearby - you can buy food and cook. There is a kitchen - a stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, baking tray, saucepan, frying pan, forks, spoons, plates, spatulas - in general, everything is there. Even washing powder, a sponge and dishwasher detergent. Just super convenient and thoughtful. Quick check-in and check-out. I recommend - everything is ready for living, you do not need to think about anything. The pool is warm, outdoor.

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are big enough, but the rest of the facilities are relatively ordinary. There are very few breakfast options. If you are on a business trip, you can choose it, but if you are traveling with a family, it feels like something is missing.

There is still a little gap between the serviced apartment and the hotel, the location is good. The breakfast is average.

Very poor experience. For an eight-day itinerary in Dubai, the first two hotels are Ramada and Marriott, both of which are good. The last great hotel we stayed at. The locks on the balcony of the room were all broken, and there was construction outside, which was noisy and unsafe. Changing rooms also had a broken lock. The locks in the three rooms of my companions were all broken. The bedroom also smelled like feet. The advantage is that the room is big enough for cooking, like an apartment. But the overall experience is too bad and does not match the price. It was not pleasant to communicate with the front desk. They reported that there were mosquitoes in the room but they did not deal with it.

Неплохое расположение. Бассейн маленький, не работает бар, все в каком-то недостроенном состоянии. Рядом очень крупная стройка, вид с номера с 38го этаже шикарный вперемешку с видом на Бурж Халифу и стройку соседнего дома. Очень пыльно на балконе из-за стройки. Пока не закончится соседняя стройка не рекомендую останавливаться в этом месте.

The room is very clean and beautiful Location is good near Dubai mall only 10 minutes away Staff are very polite When we need any thing they bring very soon with good manner.
