Hotels in Dubai Festival City, Dubai

I went there to attend an exhibition at the end of November 24. The beautiful waitress at the front desk arranged for us to stay on the same floor. The rooms were next to each other and the service was in place. The overall facilities were complete and very clean. I could fall asleep without drawing the curtains at night and looking at the night view (I felt that this was the meaning of making money). Next to it was a large supermarket where I could buy all kinds of daily necessities and choose gifts. There were endless taxis when I went out, and the waiter at the door would help you call or intercept them, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious, with food from various countries and regions. BTW, the egg rolls they made were delicious.

Amazing stay & guests experiences we had as a family of 6 person spending 2 nights at this beautiful & elegant hotel with splendid city view of Burj Khalifa. Our daughter's room was specially decorated for her birthday surprise on the day of check-in. We will return for our stay in next visit to Dubai. Great memories here!

The hotel's location is excellent, about 6km from the airport, and it has direct access to a shopping mall, which is very convenient. Service-wise, there's nothing special; some front desk staff were a bit unprofessional. The room itself isn't large, and the soundproofing is just average. Overall, it's okay, nothing outstanding, but its good location is a definite plus.

Palace Dubai Creek Harbour truly lives up to its five-star reputation. From outstanding customer service and warm hospitality to its prime location and impeccable cleanliness, every aspect ensures a memorable stay. The staff go above and beyond, showing great attention to detail and care for guests’ needs. A big shoutout to Julie, Modest, the reception and breakfast team for their exceptional warmth and attentiveness. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet and only wish we had more time to explore everything the hotel has to offer. We’ll definitely be returning for a longer visit!

I recently stayed at intercontinental residence suit for four nights and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel is a bit far from major attractions and public transport, but if you rent a car (which you most probably would) it's not an issue. The staff at were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, adding to the hassle-free experience. The room was clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Amenities such as the flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi were much appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was rather slow and there were no electrical outlets near the beds, so we had to ask the front desk for an extension cord, which they kindly provided. One of the highlights was the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The dinner menu was equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that showcased the chef's skill. However, there were a few areas where the hotel could improve.The bathroom was very spacious, but the toilet was very close to the wall. The bathtub had a huge margins which made getting in and out very difficult and dangerous, since there was no handle to hold. The shower also was so close to the wall which considering the huge margin of the tub and the slope of the tub made taking a shower an unpleasant experience. The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and pool, were well-maintained and inviting. The pool area, in particular, was a great place to relax, though it did get quite crowded at times. In summary, intercontinental residence suit offers a solid 4-star experience with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location. With a few minor improvements, it has the potential to be outstanding. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

We loved this hotel and everything about it. All the staff were very polite and helpful except the Baristar staff we met at Anes restaurant on 28th night. He was a bit rude and acted annoying when we requested something. But I don’t want to rate anything less for this hotel as everything else was exceptional. Also my husband loved the surprise birthday cake and the staff at the reception staff upgraded us for a room with water view with no extra charge even without requesting. Thanks everyone for making our time in the hotel memorable!

This hotel is fantastic! Dubai Creek Harbour is location number one in Dubai—absolutely unbeatable. The entire Hotel looks bright and new. The staff are outstanding and professional.
