Very nice clean hotel that’s surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. I just wish they raised the shower door by a few inches since the water keeps seeping out into the bathroom. Other than that, I literally have no complaints. Great stay.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. Our check-in took some time but they upgraded our room in return with a nice view. The windows could’ve been cleaner and I wasn’t really sure how to adjust the thermostat but our stay as a whole was quite comfortable. Staff were consistently wonderful and the breakfast was great.

Generally the service was fantastic but some details needs unproved.Ask send some bottle water to room but waiting a long time.Breakfast item should more and front desk staff inform us that breakfast is 6:00-11:00,but restaurant staff said breakfast period is 6:30-11:00,at 6:00,some of guest already waiting for breakfast open （apparently I’m not the only one who got wrong breakfast serving period information ). also till 6:30 food items still not set up completely yet .

The overall impression is not bad, because we primarily was out of apartments 😂, but there were some issues, like lack of towels, slippers, but everything was fixed upon request, the main problem of that place is lack of cleaning, especially in bathroom, and our bedsheets were in some spots ( I mean it was clean, but in some deep-seated spots), so it was kind of unpleasant

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment good enough to fit me and my luggages.. got a huge kitchen, dining table, recieving area which is not nevcessary for me as a solo traveller😅 people from the breakfast area are very nice and accomodating! the general manager for the breakfast area, i forgot how he is called for his position, meet, great and welcome all the guest each table and is be welcoming... i hope if i ever come back, he will is still working there, it's very nice to feel a warm welcome. all the rest of the people are very welcoming speciallt the few filipino who works there..

Overall a good choice for travelers looking to spend most of the time outside of the hotel exploring the city. It’s a good location to call a cab, there is a convenient shop and coffee place next to the hotel. If you walk around the hotel area you can find a lot of food options.  The hotel itself has multiple options for food and drinks, however, I was left disappointed with the false advertising on their happy hour and ladies night promotions. These were promoted on an electronic device at the check in counter and when we went to check out the deals, I was told that they no longer offer ladies nights and that happy hour times had changed. This detail maybe be small but this was one of the factors I considered before choosing this hotel.  The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bed was soft, however, the shower wall is short which led to water spilling over, the hotel seems to be aware of the problem as they install a drain where the water collects but they haven’t extended the shower wall. Nevertheless, it was a good option and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel as new and it had a ecofriendliness to it that i loved!! The rooms were spacious and had everything in there. Would have loved it if it had a bathtub but for a budget hotel, it gave a 4 stay feel to it Brekky as awesome and had lots of different arrangement from indian, western, arabic and turkish Loved how we could get different sorts of eggs cooked fresh to order.

GGuest UserHotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. Vino in particular was a stand out and helped us with our admin. Hotel had good view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks at burg Khalifa. Location was ideal by the Dubai canal for leisure activities like cycling and walking. We discovered Dubai’s sights and beaches by bicycle and it was the best experience.

MMalekzThe staff is very helpful and kind. Getting to the hotel must be done by taxi, but everything is close. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. There is not enough room in the pool unfortunately, you have to get there early to have somewhere to relax. The breakfast is very varied.

GGuest UserThis hotel is fantastic!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed 3 nights on an extended layover and loved everything. The room has everything you need, the bed was extremely comfortable and there are 4 pillows in different sizes and hardness. Perfect! The whole vibe of the hotel is so special! I loved every aspect of the interior design - it‘s so pretty!! I also ate at both restaurants and pool bar and my food was always exceptional (the pizza downstairs is divine!!) I also used their transfer to Dubai Mall - very convenient. And lastly, I want to mention the staff. Everyone I got in contact with went out of their way! The service quality in Dubai seems to be high in general but I felt so welcome at Mama Shelter, everyone was so friendly and it made it an amazing experience for me. It‘s definitely one of the best hotel I stayed in and I will always check now if my next destination has a Mama hotel! Love love love!!!

We arrive late and tired and frustrated with this experience which could have been easily avoided. The host kept contact and responded promptly. Not enough shower gel supplied and we couldn’t get it replenished quick enough to have a shower before leaving. So please ask for enough shower gel for your stay well in advanced. Hotel seems not so responsive / supportive for guests from AirBnb and Trip.com

GGuest UserMy English is not good. I found out on the last day that there is a free bus to the subway station. I took a taxi to the subway station for many days and it was very expensive. Attached is the time and the icon in Figure 3. Be careful not to wear too short pants and skirts for girls. There are many gangsters downstairs of the apartment. Pay attention to safety at night. A bunch of people will chat at the door of the apartment. There is a convenience store downstairs and a small explosion ** on the side. The elevator is crowded, but this price is really cost-effective in Dubai
