Hyatt Regency properties in Dubai

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

The experience is amazing for a few reasons: 1. The hotel service is top notch professional - I lost my camera on a taxi back to hotel, and the hotel manager, Mr. Adnan, helped me get it back! He volunteered to check the security footage to track the taxi car plate, and taught me to go to RTA to register Lost and Found. He helped me contact the taxi driver, and 9 hours later - my lost camera is back! Suuuuuper helpful and world class professional! 2. The hotel is connected to a pharmacy. We had a family member who got stomachache on arrival, and thanks to the pharmacy, we got the right medicine right away. The pharmacy opens 8am to 12am! 3. The lounge offers both breakfast AND DINNER 4. The hotel has a Chinese restuarant called Summer Palace. It is FANTASTIC AUTHEMTIC Chinese food. The manager is from Iran but speaks perfect native Chinese. This hotel is full of surprises and beyond just a five star hotel - it provides one stop solution to all the problems we might have in our trip. Bravo!

I really enjoyed the breakfast here on my previous visit, especially the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon — it was beautifully prepared and delicious. However, this morning the same order looked and tasted quite different, with only the poached eggs and smoked salmon served, without the bread, sauce, or garnish. I wanted to share this feedback because I truly appreciate the quality I experienced before, and I hope it can be consistent. Thank you for your attention. More touristes more service for respect.

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.
