The location of Phoenix Hotel Dubai is not the most favorable, and it didn’t really feel comfortable to walk around the area. The room itself was clean, but the noise in the hallway was constant and quite disturbing, especially at night. During my stay, I didn’t receive any towels, and housekeeping never came to clean the room, which was very disappointing. Overall, this is a place I would book only in an emergency or if no other options are available.

I had a pleasant stay at Sunday Sheikh Zayed Road Concord Tower by Belvilla. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is good, with easy access to key areas, although it could be slightly more convenient for transport. The service was generally good, with staff being polite and helpful when needed. The amenities were decent and met expectations, though there is some room for improvement to enhance the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for business travelers looking for a clean and reliable place in Dubai.

The hotel is located behind the road, there is no hair dryer in the room, no hot water bath.

Pros: good location (if you're relying on public transport) for the price (for this area), good in-room amenities (a full kitchen), and good cleaning. Cons: very meager breakfasts (for example, no cheese at all, no scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs only appeared once out of three mornings).
