Wir haben das Hotel als Familie für die ersten 5 Tage in Dubai gebucht. Vom Flughafen aus ist man schnell dort und das check in mitten in der Nacht hat auch gut geklappt. Die Suite,die wir gebucht haben ist sehr gut gewesen. Mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und sehr viel Platz zum spielen für die Kids. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist groß genug,dass man darin sehr gut schwimmen kann. Es gibt auch einen Pool für kleinere Kids. Beide Pools sind bewacht und beheizt. Das Frühstück könnte für ein Jumeirah etwas mehr Auswahl bieten,aber das was da war,hat auch vollkommen gereicht. Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles war frisch und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Die Kellner sind sehr bemüht und nehmen es den Kids auch nicht übel,wenn mal was runterfällt. Hochstühle sind genug vorhanden. Die Ausstattung in der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sogar der Whirlpool wurde jeden Abend von den Kids genutzt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und direkt am Hotel ist ein Mini-Markt,wo man alles wichtige bekommt,um die Kids auch mal selber zu versorgen. Da wir über Silvester da waren haben wir am Silvesterabend mit den Kids den Roomservice genutzt und uns Essen in die Suite bestellt. Sehr sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Die Aussicht auf den Burj Khalifa hat uns am Silvesterabend natürlich sehr gefallen! Man ist nur etwas weiter außerhalb und muss ein paar Kilometer fahren,um z.B. zum Jumeirah Beach zu kommen. Wir haben meistens Uber oder die ortsüblichen Taxen genutzt von daher war es kein Problem. Die Metro geht aber auch sehr gut. Für Familien eignet sich das Hotel sehr gut,weil es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bietet. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! When i arrived at the reception I was quickly greeted and checked in. The staff were very friendly znd gave me information to my questions. Anoop was very helpful in getting me transportation. At the Grandstand Celso and Jane was very friendly in providing service. At the Pastry shop, Nurjan was always with a smile and came quickly to assist. The most facinating part was that Celso will pour my favirite drink as soon as i came in. This is all about knowing your customers. This was My first trip and i have wondeful memories at your hotel. We Stayed for 5 nights at th Fairmont Dubai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check in to check out with the lovely girl her name's, (Ms .Gharam)she was polite and extremely helpful. My husband and I stayed in a nice view room which had plenty of space for the two of us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We wanted a few days of rest and we enjoyed our time by the pool during the day. The staff at the poolside bar and restaurant were lovely and looked after us all day. A big thank you for all the staff and special thanks to Ms Gharam at front desk for her excellent service. Our favourite restaurant in the evening was greac, sushi. Food was really tasty and Also thank you to the man who was in charge of Shisha. The grape and mint was an amazing combination. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Dubai

Stayed for a conference at the WTC (which is a short air-conditioed walk away) from the charming greeting at check in to the spotless housekeeping (serviced by Chandra (thankyou!)) It was a pleasure to stay here. Had a couple of meals in the Blue Bar, which were very good for casual dining. First time in Dubai and this hotel made the rest of the trip easy.

The Food is more than ample and satisfactory, and for the more adventurous traveller, you can go to sample various other restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. ‌Conveniently located and walking distance, from the hotel. Hotel service is excellent and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I was most impress with the gym and the various exercise equipment available for use, most notably, the facilities, schedule of hours of operation from 6am to 10pm including the swimming pool which is just adjacent to the gym. The swimming pool is 25 metre long by 10 metre wide. Great for familiy swim since it is divided up for swimmers alike who just wants to get their laps in. Bur Kalifa, the Dubai Mall is 10 minute Vu bes by metro, their local train service and is an excellent form of transportation to get there. Yes, definitely will be back again.
