Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts properties in Dubai

We had a lovely stay at Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah. Check in was smooth and Yazan was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even upgraded us to a room with a better view, which was a really nice gesture and made our stay even more special. The views from the hotel are stunning, the room was beautiful, and the shower was honestly a dream. The bell team provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the reception team was always responsive and helpful. We visited during Eid, so the hotel was understandably busy. One thing I wish is that the swimming pool stayed open a little later, as it got quite crowded during the day and it would have been nice to enjoy it in the evening as well. We also experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which kept stopping and starting intermittently. It wasn't a major issue for us and we didn't raise a complaint during our stay, but it is something that could be looked into. The dinner buffet was good, although I would have appreciated a wider variety of options. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The restaurant managers at both dinner and breakfast went above and beyond and were genuinely wonderful people who made us feel very welcome. As a Muslim guest, I would also appreciate clearer and more prominent labeling of pork items in the breakfast area. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and felt very well looked after. The service was outstanding, the property is beautiful, and I would definitely return in the future.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Upon check-in, our room was upgraded. The interior had a luxurious yet calming and comfortable atmosphere, and the cleanliness was impeccable, clearly showing how meticulously well-maintained everything was. The view from the window, overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek, was also stunning. All the staff were kind, but Rachel, our personal assistant, offered exceptional hospitality. She personally guided us through the hotel's facilities, took photos for us, and provided heartfelt service throughout our stay. During our visit, the housekeeping staff also checked on our room multiple times to ensure we lacked nothing, truly providing comprehensive care. When we mentioned wanting to use the spa on our check-out day, they extended our late check-out until 5 PM, allowing us to relax in our room even after our spa session. This made our hotel stay perfect, letting us enjoy it to the very last moment. For breakfast, you could choose several dishes from the menu, while vegetables, bread, and desserts were available buffet-style. Every dish was seasoned deliciously. The location is also excellent, less than a 10-minute drive to Dubai Mall. The hotel also features a 24-hour complimentary business lounge for guests, making it convenient for urgent meetings or discussions. This is truly one of the best hotels I can recommend to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for leisure or business.
