The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

The room is clean and tidy. It is a very traditional American hotel. The location is very convenient for me. I will choose it next time.

It's OK. The breakfast is a little monotonous. It's surrounded by office areas. There's not much to eat. You need to take a taxi to go out. The environment is OK. The black guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

This Double Tree location is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Columbus OH area. It never disappoints. It is always very clean, quiet, and the staff are quite friendly.

The refrigerator in the room did not work. And the temperature in the room fluctuated a lot. The staff is great. The facility is clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, having to pay for breakfast doesn’t make sense, the room cost is higher than most places.

Room and bathroom very clean, room is spacious enough, bathroom was very small though. Breakfast buffet was good and no more expensive than a drive thru, with healthier options. Overall our stay was pleasant!

Nice updated room. Clean. Only 2 towels in room. Would have liked at least 3 towels. Something in your system does not link up with third party systems. I booked hotel under ********** It stated I had a free breakfast, but when I checked in man at desk stated I did not have free breakfast. I had to pull up on my phone where it stated I did.
