Service was substandard. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers; the shampoo and conditioner were both empty on our check-in day. Wife was in the shower, discovered the problem, I called the front desk to see about getting some sent up, was told not possible today/tonight -- they'll have housekeeping refill tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went (we were out all day), we came back, the room hadn't been touched. Same thing the next day. Checking out, no one at the front desk to talk with. The dead bolt on our door didn't work; the knob just spun round and round instead of throwing the bolt, so we felt less safe in the room. The couch in the "suite" was very uncomfortable, and lacked back cushions altogether. Where the carpeting met the floor at the border between the regular room section and the bathroom and kitchen, there were carpet tacks coming up just through the carpet, so that as we stepped on that area in bare or sock feet, we felt like we were stepping on, well, tacks -- fortunately not long enough to pierce the skin. Moreover, it seemed like the carpeting hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was fairly comfortable, but there was dried blood on the sheet when we checked in, and of course that was never dealt with as the staff was non-responsive. One day upon returning to the hotel, we could not get through the parking lot to the area of our room because a tow truck was in the process of removing one of the cars and was blocking the access. I had shopped for an economical lodging option, so I guess you get what you pay for, but this seemed like an experience that fell well below the standard for running a hotel.

Room key did not work at front lobby, and no one at the front at 700am. Luckily, could enter from back door.

Lobby presented very well and felt like at check-in it would be adequate stay. Went to the suite and right from the dirty and disgusting entry door/passage way the property is run down. A few items in the suite were adequate such as the bath and kitchen towels but the rest of the suite was very run down. Examples: stains on the kitchen furniture, old carpeting and flooring, old appliances with cracks (microwave) and smelled like it was once a smoking room. Surprised it is rated a GOOD. Also seems to be long term guests that believe they own the handicapped parking. Would not recommend this property due to cleanliness alone.

There is an actual kitchen and its fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Really, really nice

Where do I start? Dental floss pic on bathroom counter. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Kitchen sink a total mess. Crumbs all over stovetop. Bread tie and fortune cookie fortune on random shelves. Photos show fireplace in room but there wasn’t one - and that was least of issues. Overhead light in bathroom strobing off and on. There’s more, but that gives you the idea.

I'm so glad I chose to stay here despite the reviews. My room was everything I wanted. It's like staying in an apartment! I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend this location to people.

Common areas were clean and tidy, well maintained. Took two attempts to get key cards to work. Coffee machine in reception makes some incredibly foul tasting lattes, tasted sour! Room was a different story, lots of maintenance issues. Lock jam was loose, almost like it had been forced and just put back in place, without being repaired properly. The dead bolt on the door didn't work, didnt move at all when the lever was turned. Security bar barely engaged. I slept with a chair jammed against the door! Vinyl floor was one of those you don't like walking on because its sticky. Seats on the sofa had the Velcro that holds them in place ripped out so they wouldn't stay in place. Toilet roll holder bar was missing, so toilet roll was on top of tank. Generally shoddy decoration. TV worked and the bed was comfortable. No one at reception when i checked out to provide the feedback. No coffee despite there being a coffee maker. Good thing it was only for one night.

The smoke detector was chirping continuously. I called the front desk twice in the first 1.5 hours. Finally, I drove back to the desk and asked for a different room. Their website showed rooms available. The clerk stated that she could not move me. The maintenance person could change the battery the next day. That future solution would not help me sleep. She said I could get my money back from *******. I asked for a refund slip for documentation. After 15 minutes of discussion, she printed out a slip showing the payment. The chirping smoke detector issue was not noted. During this process, the clerk grabbed two dumbbells and started to walk towards me, then turned abruptly and walked out another door. The hotel room was beautiful and I really thought I had made a great booking until I realized I could not stop the chirping or change rooms. Staff attitude ruined a great hotel experience.

The hotel wasn’t terrible, and for the price it’s definitely budget friendly. The location was convenient and check in was simple. Just be aware there is a $100 deposit required at check in. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not what I hoped for. There were quite a few stains throughout the room, which made it feel less clean than I’m comfortable with. Nothing extreme, but enough to make me feel a little uneasy during the stay. If you’re looking for something affordable for a quick trip, it may work. However, cleanliness is very important to me, and because of that I’m not sure I would stay here again.
