Overall great location, staff was nice, room nicely appointed. The bed was about 6/10. They probably need to be replaced. And 4 tiny pollows were a bit disappointing. All in all a nice place.

The room was large and clean. The sofabed has seen better days. Neither of the televisions worked at first. After plugging the one in, it worked but was never able to get the other to work. My biggest issue was the noise. The rooms closest to the street were noisy all night. There were unattended juveniles in the room directly above. The stomping and banging was constant until i had to personally go up and address the issue. Housekeeping was knocking on the door an hour.before we were supposed to check out. Nice and clean hotel, but definitely not a restful or relaxing stay.

Staff was rude and not helpful. Room smelled bad like dirty socks and they did nothing to improve smell. Breakfast taste like rubber. Pool are very small not like picture. All cleaning staff latino and did not speak English or understand English

The room was very clean and spacious. Couch had a few stains but other than that it was great. Breakfast was good and my children also enjoyed it. Staff was very nice. Only complaint is the temperature of the pool! It was very cold my kids couldn’t swim in it very long.

Property was fine. The bed, specifically mattress quality were lacking. The bedding itself also was sub par. The breakfast was outstanding. Just focus on bed quality and bedding, after all we’re just there to sleep a night. Ge

Wife showed up at midnight room was paid for flight was late took almost an hour to get inside the hotel because no one would answer the phone or the door

The rooms smelled like old beds/bedding. We literally went to tell the front desk about our toilet not flushing and no one was to be found. There were dirty towels on the floor on the hallways for several hours was fibally gone this am as well as a ladder and vent popped open in the hallways and the halls also smelled bad too. Not sure how this place has a 9 star review .thank god it was a one night stay to catch the crew game.

They said ******* sold us a room that wasn't available so check in took some time. The breakfast in the morning was horrible. Room was clean and comfortable
