The location was convenient for exploring Dublin, and I arrived early before check-in. The hotel was kind enough to let me leave my luggage first, which was very helpful. I only came back around 8pm to collect my key and luggage after spending the day exploring Dublin. The room was compact and small, but comfortable and cozy enough for sleeping. Everything was generally fine except that I was given a basement-level room. There are only two rooms on that level, and unfortunately I could hear dogs barking quite often from the roadside. The window also had a very limited view facing a small airwell, which I did not really like. My main concern is that the booking was made through Trip.com, but there was no indication that the room would be a basement room. It would be better if this was clearly stated during the booking so guests can make an informed choice. Overall, the stay was okay, but I would prefer a room on a higher floor next time.

The hotel is relatively new, with excellent facilities and good hygiene. However, the soundproofing isn't great, and I was easily woken up by outside traffic in the mornings. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's convenient that you can pay a fee for early check-in or late check-out. They also offer free luggage storage.

The room was spacious and bright, and the mood lighting really set the atmosphere. The service was excellent; even though check-in was officially at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in early. The location is super convenient with bus stops right in front and back of the hotel.

The staff were lovely but we paid an extra 15 euro to check in early. When checking in early we had to change rooms this room smelt like a bathroom constantly as the customers toilets were close by and the door kept been left open in the toilet even with our doors closed there are also apartments just above or across thats are very very loud all night and a dog that would not stop barking constantly so after paying 123 quid and then an extra 15 on top of it for early check in it was really really not worth it. The dog literally barked from 12pm until 1 am wasn’t really worth the early check in for the room to smell like toilet all the time and it to be so noisy

The window wouldn’t close and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff responded when I reported the window issue immediately.
