Great hotel, fantastic location, nice room and excellent service. Only quibble was the bar, which was a little dark and out of the way, but the bar staff were exceptionally good.

The location is perfect the staff are wonderful and parking is onsite the perfect hotel for a stay in Dublin.

The Fitzwilliam serves up 5 Star excellence with a relaxed atmosphere. Zero fussy pretentiousness. It is my 4th stay and is my home away from home in Dublin. You can’t beat the central location either..

The Fitzwilliam has always been an incredibly well-appointed hotel distinguished by its wonderfully attentive, skilled and genuinely friendly staff. No matter if you're jet lagged and reading by the lobby fire at 2am or the lobby and restaurant are bustling and you're in the middle of a crisis or gasping for a pint, there's always someone willing and able to help with minimum fuss and maximum generosity of spirit.

We were lucky enough to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms and it was amazing! If we return to Dublin would be sure to stay here again. Loved the Prosecco on arrival, made us feel extra special!

The Fitz is like home away from home. Warmth and care of staff, impeccable comfortable rooms, great food and cozy atmosphere; right across from St Stephen’s Green for stroll through the park, just steps from Grafton Street shopping/dining. This global traveller’s favorite.

Lovely staff. Very cozy room. Loved the black out shades. Bed was comfy. Very happy with this choice of hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. Room faced the garden so very quiet meaning we got a good nights sleep. Bed very comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Close to shops and tourist attractions. All within a short walking distance. No complaints would recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location, great staff and very nice property. Right across from St. Stephens Park and next to the best shopping area. Rooms were in great condition and have no complaints. Highly recommend.

Not only were the rooms modern, clean, and comfortable, they were thoughtfully appointed and well located. Stephen’s Green right outside, AND illusive parking.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at the Fitzwilliam. They had a room ready for early check in and it had recently been renovated. The room was adequately stocked with toiletries and mini bar. Had a very large soaking tub which was much appreciated after a long day. accommodations attendant delivered chocolates mid afternoon and asked if anything was needed. They made a breakfast box and coffee for me to take to the airport as I left

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, nicer than it looked in the pictures. Room service food was decent. Complimentary minibar a nice surprise. Door was a bit hard to close on the way out and the long dark hallways patterned carpets a bit "The Shining" but that added to its charm.
