Very new hotel and there was a garden at the 3rd floor roof. Rooms are really big. Very close to the port that we are heading to.

Great hotel and helpful staff on the check in desk. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, earning a relatively good nights sleep for my one-night stay. The room has the basics you need to get by. Location is great as it’s in the heart of the city, although being situated right at the top of the Liffy there will be some walking to get to the fun spots. However, you can get the tram right outside the hotel, which is super consonant. Would stay again for sure.

Great location for concerts. Check in a bit slow and we asked a question about voucher for Kildare village and they didn’t know anything about it and said would ring us but no call came. On check out though girl at reception knew about it and gave me voucher. Food was nice but not a lot of choice on menu.

Stayed for 2 nights. Flies in room, flies in bar, staff are a pain in the **** and frankly should find other careers. They have no idea about service or customer management. Whomever is in charge of cleanliness needs to be replaced. Was bitten by insects after my stay.

The room is clean, big and the staff is helpful.

Overall a nice experience especially the staffs are very helpful and friendly! The green concept in the hotel is very good!

Very nice hotel, very clean, spacious room. Unfortunately, during our stay the tram line was under construction, which complicated our travel to the city center.

The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-lit! The tram terminal is right outside the hotel, and the airport bus stop is just 5 minutes away, making it very convenient to get around!

The hotel is well located, right across from the tram stop. It's modern and the facilities are good. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the rooms. For example, they didn't clean or change the toilets. Cleaning was done quite late, one day they didn't do it, and another day we arrived at 6:30 and they were just cleaning. The floor under the bed hasn't been cleaned for quite some time.
