Traditional hotel with good service and friendly + helpful staff.

Room great needs a freshen up but all ok. Breaky was amazing as always. Receptionist is amazing and so helpful. The location is perfect for me to shop for history visiting family. I travel from Spain and so easy on the bus from the airport .

Good enough to stay here.

Need renovation

You cant beat the location of this hotel. It was a short walk to everything! I had a huge room which was awesome because most hotel rooms I’ve been in on this trip have been super tiny. I booked a king room which I was very excited for but I found the bed had a very obvious lump right in the middle where I imagine, the two twins connected so I wasn’t able to sleep right in the middle of the bed but it was okay. I made it work. Overall good service as well!

The service is average, the price is high, the location is great, by the river, very convenient to everything, there are many restaurants. The room we were given is connected and separated by a door, and the noise from the next door is very loud.

The room is located in a great location, with convenient transportation and surrounding facilities. However, despite the impeccable location, the service experience is not satisfactory. The attitude of the service staff may not be enthusiastic enough and the response speed is slow. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 am and had to wait until 3:00 to give me the room card, even if they still had rooms available, which may disappoint guests because they expect an all-round quality experience, not just a good location.

The room we booked didn't have an elevator (?) and we had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs to the second floor, which was extremely inconvenient.

The room was great, the service was even better, the food was delicious, the transportation was convenient, the ideal hotel
