Hampton by Hilton dublin city centre has been good for my 5 day stay. Location is ideal for tourist purpose. Breakfast is also acceptable considering 3 star hotel. Certainly I recommendto others and have intention to stay agsin.

The service was generally good, except for an issue we experienced with a staff member named Peter. Despite having a prepaid and pre-booked stay, we were threatened with cancellation because we requested to check in at 9:30 pm after receiving no response from the property. The automatic door was locked, there was no one at the check-in desk, and we had to ask another staff member to direct us to someone who could assist. Peter eventually came to help, stating he was doing so out of his busy schedule. I expressed that we would prefer to be checked in by the staff member assigned to that role, at which point he stated he would cancel our booking. When we asked on what grounds, he said he was the manager. It was an unusual and uncomfortable interaction, especially given that we were simply trying to check in to a stay we had already paid for.

The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is also quite good, especially the baked beans which are delicious. The transportation is convenient too, with the airport shuttle and many bus lines right outside the door.

Everything was great – clean environment and hygienic, but it was a connecting room. The location is excellent, making it convenient and safe to get everywhere. Bottled water isn't provided in the room, but breakfast was pretty good.

The Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Centre boasts an excellent location. From our city-view room, we could see the Parliament House and the River Liffey in the distance. Crossing the bridge led directly to the bustling city center, and it was only a 15-minute walk to popular city walk attractions like Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is conveniently situated right next to the Red Line tram stop. Just a right turn from the exit brings you to the Church Street Law Library and St. Michan's Church stops for the 41 bus, making the journey to and from Dublin Airport a quick 40 minutes or so – incredibly convenient. As a three-star hotel, it's well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The service attitude is excellent, and the breakfast is a traditional Irish spread, featuring sausages, bacon, eggs, milk, along with various pastries, fruits, and beverages – quite hearty. This is a highly recommended hotel for a stay in Dublin!

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram stop. The breakfast was decent, at least enough to fill you up. The front desk service was also fine; after I checked out, they helped me store my luggage, which made my trip a lot easier.

The location offers easy accessibility to many places of visit, often just by walking there. Staff are very helpful and generally responsive. Breakfast spread is generous, including hot food which is much appreciated in the morning.

Beautiful clean and practical hotel. Super cleanliness evident throughout the hotel. Staff from doorman to waiting staff were all Pleasant, helpful and approachable. Reception staff were extremely friendly and really informative. The only negative was room temperature. It was cold at night perhaps due to the top floor having so much glass and the outdoor Dublin temperature dropping to an unexpected -5 degrees. Would highly recommend this hotel.

To be honest, it's about on par with a Ji Hotel in China, maybe even worse. The service was okay, but the room had a strange smell of disinfectant.

The hotel surroundings are very quiet, and the overall feel is quite new. The room was clean and tidy, but very small. I had looked at the official website, and all the room pictures showed street views, but I was assigned to a low floor. When I opened the curtains, all I could see were clear glass windows across the way, so I had to keep them closed. This contrast with the pictures was a bit disappointing. Breakfast is included, but it's very simple – only a traditional Irish breakfast, nothing else. They clear everything away promptly at 10:30 AM.

Warm welcome. Clean room. About 650metres from a great venue called The Church, good food and live entertainment, Irish music and dancing. Shopping areas of Henry Street and Mary Street close by. Temple bar region a 15 minutes walk away.

If possible I would give 0 stars. No customer service zero respect. Empty minibar, no toiletries, asked for upfront security and proudly don’t offer room service. Won’t recommend at all. Not worth the money
