One of the reasons I booked this place was b/c of the advertising of parking. There was paid street parking and I was told there was availability in an ally at the back of the house which I could never find. The shower was also a disappointment. The water never got hot and it had terrible water pressure.

The property itself and the location are fantastic. Really lovely host and overall a great experience. My only one comment is that the wall was quite thin in my room and i was kept awake until 3 am by the neighbour guest shouting on his phone all night but there will always be inconsiderate people in the world!
Fab house and beautiful place to stay. I will come again

Comfortable stay. Netflix in the room , fast wifi, very basic breakfast however ALDI supermarket is just walking distance from the Guesthouse.

I did not realize it was so far out of the city. My bad. Had a little problem with hot water for the first two days, but it was quickly resolved. Staff were wonderful.

The property was lovely and warm and welcoming with a nice cup of tea and coffee on arrival. However the ******* booking clearly states breakfast was included as that is what I put in my search.
It turns out there was a selection of cereals & fruit ,yogurts in a small kitchen with nowhere specific to eat it,so maybe would be better off stating no breakfast on booking.
As I wanted a full breakfast and would have paid more for it.
Our room was lovely,overlooking the garden,all spotlessly clean but unfortunately the next morning the shower was absolutely freezing & no hot water from the tap either. This was a shame as we thought the guest house was beautiful.

Had a wonderful stay at St Aidens
Marie is fantastic, greeted with tea and homemade cake!
Extremely comfortable bed like sleeping on a cloud!
Marie couldn't do enough for you always there if needed something!
Breakfast could have been better but it's okay, and plenty of little cafes around the area.
Thank you we will be back in the future x

The property is nice. Its close to the bus stop. I thought the reservation came with a full breakfast but i must have misread. They have cereal, yogurt and different individually wrapped cheese available in their little kitchen. One thing that would be nice is if they had a small table or shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.
