Heritage Hotel Lucia

A brand new hotel just minutes walk from the old town. Better to be away from the noise for sure. We booked the lift and wow it was amazing. Huge ultra modern bathroom with high end toiletries. Lounge area as you enter with huge tv under stair storage fridge and espresso coffe machine. Air con works brilliantly. The lift is the bedroom with an other huge tv and super comfortable bed and high linen. The best part was the breakfast. Again another total wow. As many mini al a carte plates as you want. Fresh juices and home baked breads. We skipped lunch a few days as they were so good and filling. The staff are probably the most friendly and helpful we have met. Simply cannot recommend this brand new hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful 5 star plus stay.

This is an excellent small boutique hotel, recently opened. It's well located, a few minutes from the old town part of Dubrovnik. The furnishings are of a high order, and the room is well supplied with amenities. Our room had a very large sun terrace with two sofas and a market umbrella, which made it like a sitting area. The breakfast was really superb, being in an outdoor covered terrace with a large a la carte selection of both trad and innovative breakfast dishes. The hotel does have a restaurant for dinner and lunch, but we didn't sample this. The service was also great, with the staff going out of their way to be helpful. I can heartily recommend this hotel, and wish them well

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Lucia in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Miriam and Anna, we knew we had found a truly special place. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between boutique charm and luxury comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to guest service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel genuinely valued throughout our visit. The location is ideal for exploring Dubrovnik while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Each morning was a pleasure, and returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing felt like coming home. What truly sets Hotel Lucia apart is its hospitality. Miriam, Anna, and the entire team created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and personal. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so authentic and heartfelt. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. This property was one of the highlights of our trip.

Lovely new boutique hotel. Fantastic location. Very close to Old Town, but also very quiet and very few stairs. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay again. The rooms were on the small side, but this is a boutique hotel, and this is Europe Absolutely loved. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

Beautiful new hotel in a fully renovated historic building, just 8 guest rooms. Just a couple blocks outside the walls, on a main street accessible by taxi, a leisurely 5 minute downhill walk to the main Pile gate of the old city. There is an elevator inside - very rare in small hotels and smaller historic buildings in Croatia! Our room was bright, modern and attractive, with excellent AC system. We had a very comfortable queen sized bed with full set of light switches and USB port above both night tables. The closet was a good size with plenty of hanging and shelf storage, there was a long narrow desk with a nespresso machine and little fridge at one end. A door opened to a very pretty, sunny side terrace with two chairs and small table. The floor was clad in a striking black and white terrazzo tile, and both the bedroom and bathroom floors had an unusual glossy acrylic coating. The wifi worked well, and the TV had many English language news and entertainment stations, plus Youtube and Netflix apps. The bathroom had divine smelling Bulgari toiletries mounted on wall, a nice stall shower, and towels that were particularly soft and fluffy for hotel linens! The double-paned windows sealed out the street noise completely, making it very tranquil inside. The included breakfast is lovely and full-service, with good hours, served in a sunny, airy room adjacent to the lobby. There is a menu to order from with plenty of choice. The hotel is also preparing to open two restaurants by summer, the front terrace location they are preparing looks charming. The staff were all very sweet and helpful with all of our requests. A few very minor issues, for me, were that the provided amenities did not include hair conditioner, that the shower floor could be quite slippery when wet, and the TV was a bit glitchy, switching itself off randomly. None of that would keep me from staying there again, and I will certainly recommend it to any friends going to Dubrovnik! ***Beware that virtually all accommodations INSIDE the walls in Dubrovnik entail anything between "a lot" and an "insane number" of stairs, both outside and inside the building, before you get to your room or apartment! As seniors who travel for 1-2 months at a time, always with a medium sized checked bag, we are very aware of these sorts of logistics!

A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants soon - looking forward to that. Will definitely return soon! Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel. It is a new hotel and it was incredibly well appointed. The staff was exceptional. The location was very close to old town and yet quiet enough for a relaxing midday break. Breakfast was included in my reservation. They had some wonderful options available and a lot of it was organic. Beautiful presentation. My only regret was not ordering room service.

This high quality and tastefully renovated heritage style property was a haven in busy but beautiful Dubrovnik . A short walk to the old town meant we were out of the hustle and bustle if we chose but could also access the tourist spaces when busloads had gone . Quiet cove nearby for a swim . Fabulous gourmet breakfasts . Front desk staff so friendly and eager meet our needs. Great private balcony beside our room for quiet moments . All top class !
