The hotel is great, and it's super convenient for getting to all the attractions. The pool is a real highlight – definitely worth taking a dip if you have time. Breakfast was good too, and the hotel service was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. The view from the hotel was also beautiful. There's a small convenience store nearby, and a larger supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, so grocery shopping is easy. The bus terminal for the old town is also just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. As for amenities, they only provide cups and shower caps, so you'll need to bring your own toiletries.

Nice Hotel, we asked for a sea view room, friendly atmosphere, staff are friendly and accommodating, plenty of food to choose, good quality and great service. Thank you Hotel Lero

Stunning hotel with 2 restaurants attached to it. Taj Mahal which despite its name is a Bosnian restaurant. The food was excellent including the sushi. There is a small pool which we did not use but the spa was also great.

Hotel was not what we expected. I think it just came out of the Stone Age Breakfast very poor and pool crowded by 8.00

The staff are all friendly, but there is big problem with the lack of sunbeds, for a hotel which has 180 rooms. Unless you were at the pool before 9am, you will probably not get a sunbed. When raised with the hotel, nothing was done, even though there is space for more sunbeds. When I asked 3 days later what is happening to address the issue, I was told the management were going to have a meeting to discuss it. It is not a cheap hotel and it was clear I was being fobbed off. Speaking to other guests and observing the number of frustrated guests who could not find a sunbed, is not good for recommendations or customer satisfaction. Because of this I would not stay here again or recommend to others Would I stay there again.NO and I would or recommend it to anyone unless they don't intend to sit by the pool

Fantastic stay at hotel lero. The location was perfect with easy access to the old town. I suggest using bus or Uber and not street taxi. Buffet breakfast was tasty and lunch menu had lots of choice

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a bus stop, a small supermarket, several restaurants, and a bakery nearby. It's only a 30-minute walk to the Old Town. You *must* visit Bellevue Beach, it's absolutely beautiful! The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the room was very tidy. Although there were no complimentary toiletries, luckily I brought my own. Disposable slippers were provided. The air conditioning was sufficient. Soundproofing was good; I barely heard any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. Even though the pool is small, everyone really enjoyed it, sunbathing, swimming, and spending some relaxing time there. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices, including hot and cold dishes, salads, and fruits.

Very nice hotel, located in a closed vicinty to the old town of Dubrovnik. Nice room, good breakfast.

We got a free bottle of wine and water upon arrival. There is a safety box in the room. There is no fan in the washroom however, but the room was decently cozy. There is no shampoo and conditioner so thankfully we brought our own.

Reception was unfriendly and arrogant. The interior is quite outdated. There was a musty smell in the room and bathroom. The spa is not included! The mattresses were worn out. The breakfast selection was okay (the coffee didn’t taste good—either the machine was dirty or the milk was bad). Parking was good. The old town is not less than 15 minutes on foot, rather 25 minutes or more. The value for money was not justified, and for a little more we could have stayed at the Hilton Imperial lol

Just 3 bus stops to Filet. The breakfast and room cleanliness were both great. However, there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

Hotel was nice and clean although rooms hot - could not control air as to early in tourist season - mid April. About 20-25 minute walk to Old City. Price booked said all inclusive of taxes apparently 🙄 not true - Dubrovnik City tax. Come with money🙂.

Great location; there is a bus stop outside hotel to go to downtown; the hotel is very big and all the tour operators know about it so the can pick up in front of the hotel or just a few minutes away.
