The room was very clean and spacious, they don't seem to have double room, all are twin room. The location is slightly inconvenient, it is true that it is only 5 minutes walk away from the main bus station, it is quite far from old town, you either have to walk 45 minutes up and down the mountains to get to old town, alternatively, you will have to catch a 15 minutes bus ride, which comes every 15 minutes.

The service is too bad. If you charge this price to such a low-quality place, it is too unreasonable. I will not stay here again at a better price. I won't stay here again. We waited at the counter for more than half an hour. The clerk at the counter had not yet completed the check-in procedures. He told her to give us a room first and then turn around to get the documents. He firmly disagreed and could only wait patiently until all the procedures were completed before proceeding. When Li entered the elevator, she suddenly ran out and told us that we were not allowed to use the elevator and had to take the stairs to the third floor. Of course we were firmly against it, and he couldn't bear it. We could only take the electric lift to go upstairs. It was very unbearable.

It's a bit far from the old town, so you have to take a bus, but it's not bad since the bus stop and the mart are all close. It was clean and the staff were all friendly.

A very modern and clean hostel with elevator. Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, clean room, private bathroom and shared kitchen. Breakfast was a 200m walk away, 40 min walk away from old town. It also has free underground parking.

I stayed there as part of an Intrepid Travel tour group. I had paid the single supplement so I had a very spacious room with a double bed, good storage and aircon. Very modern and clean. Efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, handy to bus to the Old Town but away from the noise and bustle. Good cafes and restaurants just nearby plus a supermarket.
Response from Property: Dear Eclair1951, thank you for your kind review, I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us. With kind regards, Mario G.

The location is close to the Dubrovnik Brewery, restaurants and the bus stop to catch the 1a, 1b or 3 bus to Old Town. Although the 2 twin beds were pushed together, it would have been better to have a full one mattress instead of 2 separate ones.

A lovely hotel, all brand new inside with really helpful staff. Very comfy beds and great showers! Loads of plugs & usb points. Could just do with a few more hooks in the bathroom! And a couple of cups.

More like a 3 star hotel than a hostel. A great base to visit Dubrovnik. Close to the bus station and nor far from the old Town. Walking distance to Lapad. Good local bus services. The hostel was clean, comfortable and the rooms were a good size with air con. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is in a neighbouring hotel, this was only a 2 min walk. Overall a great stay for great value. I would definitely return.
Response from Property: Dear scrobins, thank you for staying at the hostel and your review. We will be glad to welcome you back soon. With kind regards, Mario G.

Very nice hostel, we had a room on third floor, not facing the sea, it was really clean and quite. We stayed for 3 days, room was cleaned daily. I think that all rooms have bathrooms. Location is really good, bus stop is near, you can reach the Old city in 10 minutes by bus, or have a 40 min walk to get there. Hostel has a private parking, and 24 hour reception. This is a hostel, so don't expect minibar or fridge in the room, there is just liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, nor those little shampoos and soaps etc. Not sure where you can dry swimwear and towels if you go to the beach. All in all, very good place to stay for a few days, for more than a fair price.
Response from Property: Dear SmiSmi1, thank you for your kind review, I hope you enjoyed staying at the hostel. With kind regards, Mario G.

Lovely hotel, accommodations arranged by Intrepid Tours. Katija was beyond considerate and was able to fit me early to a lovely room facing the water. The windows must have been sound sealed as there was no noise. The room was exceptionally well appointed, high speed Wi-Fi, many towels, etc .... elevator worked quickly and all staff I encountered were warm and friendly. The breakfast was sumptuous. Location was perfect for wandering around, easy access to supermarket and bus terminal to airport a block away.
Response from Property: Dear 169mrc, thank you for your kind review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay with us and wish you all the best. With kind regards, Mario G.

We chose this hotel because of its location, which was really good for an early morning bus. The room was not too big, but it was fine for one night. Nice view towards the sea. The bed was good, too. The bathroom door was somehow measured wrong and was difficult to close. In June the hotel wasn't full and we were told to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast, which was not so nice.

Right on the 'new' harbour of Dubrovnik, where large cruise ships arrive and smaller ones pinpoint the Croatian coast (Split, Zadar and islands nearby), this HOTEL is a very good option if you want to visit the city, save some money and enjoy a relaxed stay. With buses 1(A or B), one's in about 10min in the old town (Pile); the ride costs 15 kuna and make sure to have small cash. The walk there is also pleasant, it takes some 40min and it's not tiring at all. Parking is free of charge through a narrow entrance way beside the building; if full, one has either paid parking across the hotel - and there is constant control, so make sure to get your ticket the right way! - or free by the chemist's on the left. The place was indeed once a hostel but even staff refers to it as a hotel, for all facilities of one are there. Reception is 24h there, they are most friendly and helpful. Check-out is at 11 o'clock tops but don't hesitate to ask if you need more time. Rooms are quite basic and OK if all you do is sleep there. For those familiar with the concept, the rooms are larger and more comfortable than an Ibis'. There are also more categories and larger rooms (for families) and even some with a great balcony on the 4th floor, majestic view over Babin Kuk peninsula. Internet has no password, rooms have safes in form of wardrobes - like in a hostel, which the place ISN'T -, cleaning is not done every day but towels do get changed daily. On the 2nd floor there's a shared kitchen and self-use laundrette (25 kuna). Guests are a bit of everything: lone travellers, families with children, couples or friends, young or more mature, quite a mixture! If breakfast is included, it's taken at Hotel Petka 2min away by presenting the key card and identifying yourself there. It's an old three-star hotel, so options are limited and one finds the basics to start the day. Don't count on juices, they are all syrupy! There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance, one can really enjoy Dubrovnik without the hassle of hundreds of tourists in the old city - and if in a room with a view, even better, so ask for it!
